Hillary Clinton’s former chief of staff, Cheryl Mills, and two other staff members were granted immunity deals in exchange for their cooperation in the now-closed FBI investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server as secretary of state, says a Republican congressman.

Rep. Jason Chaffetz, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, told The Associated Press on Friday that Mills gave federal investigators access to her laptop on the condition that what they found couldn’t be used against her. […]

“No wonder they couldn’t prosecute a case,” said Chaffetz, R-Utah. “They were handing out immunity deals like candy.” …

So apparently, they didn’t even feel the need to pretend to do a serious investigation. And, as always, congress seems to have missed that little point.

Judging by that comment, I doubt that Chaffetz missed it. Actually it sounds more like "the traitor" wasn't real smart in choosing her counsel.

One more big ugly question is looming:

Did they give immunity to the bitch?

Well, if you can't be prosecuted (via immunity) how can you possibly "expose yourself to prosecution"?

If you testify outside of the parameters of the immunity granted, unless it's a blanket immunity, they will hang you out to dry...

That's why you have a lawyer sitting next to you to make sure you don't answer a question not covered by the immunity granted...
