Four people were killed in a shooting at a mall in Burlington, Washington, a spokesman for the Washington state patrol tweeted. Police are searching for at least one shooter, Sgt. Mark Francis said. Police are sweeping stores in the mall.

Never know, especially with the recent (past 4 years or so) large influx of Moslems to the Puget Sound area. I see hijabs all over the place these days.
The Demos of Burlington are 61% white, 30% hispanic, 3% Asian, 1% black, 5% other. (Moslems usually put down “white” on census forms).
Troopers said they are looking for a Hispanic man wearing grey, who was last seen walking towards I-5 from Cascade Mall,
So there is an excellent chance it really is Hispanic, and thus more likely gang violence.
That would be my guess as well.
Just looked up the crime rate. VERY high for a town so small. Higher than most big city hellholes, in fact.
