Mixed bag from my family/friends. I don’t know anyone who is a Republican that won’t vote for Trump but some are tepid in their support. I have others that voted for Obama that are voting Trump. Don’t know anyone that is stating that they will vote for Clinton.
A long time ago I said the margin of this poll would be finalized at 3.5. I don’t see it getting massively different.
The media successfully spun the birther stuff to the liv aven though through our eyes trump smoked them.
It’s a sign of progress that we are disappointed with only a four point lead.
Remember that Reagan beat Carter by ten points and the polls had Reagan DOWN by nine points in mid-October. We are talking Gallup here.
Oh, yes. The media ALREADY HAS STORIES WRITTEN about what a genius performance Hitlery gave at the debate.
There are “fill in the blanks” so that the media can put in specific quotes/issues/examples....true or not.
But the agenda and outcome is already determined in the mind of the fake journalists.
I've been with DJT since day one too but I know overconfidence when I see it. I stand by my comment.
I don’t know how much the election of 2016 can be compared to that of 1980 considering how much technology has changed.
Particularly land line phones vs cellular and same day voting vs early voting.
Um, statespoll.com did their daily methodology assessment and in fact this is still 7.5 margin.

This poll doesn’t include the two third party candidates Johnson and Stein - other polls over the past week seem to show some drift away from them - maybe Hillary is picking up a few of their voters.....
It is now a trend.
That said, Trump is still above where he was at any time accept July 24-31.
