Theories (aka "unifying theories") like General and Special Relativity were formulated to explain the relationships between individual observable principles (i.e. time, gravity, mass, matter, etc.) that are well-known and well understood and documented.

One of those well-understood principles is relativistic time -- which has been documented via evidence gained by matching paired atomic clocks on earth's surface with their mates, which have traveled at orbital velocity on artificial satellites.

One definition of "physical chemist" is, "A chemist whose first training was in physics." -- which fits me; I am still more physics oriented than chemistry-oriented. (And I find the organic chemistry upon which pharmacology is based to be terminally boring.)

FYI, my first patent (over 40 years ago) was based upon my observation that laser-ablated silicon vapor reaches plasma energies -- sufficient to dissociate inert fluorocarbons (i.e. "Freon") and unleash free fluorine radicals -- which react with the gaseous silicon and prevent it from coagulating and re-depositing alongside the kerf as "slag".

I’d just like these so-called scientists to describe just a single experiment that would prove this theory. We’d be able to review it, to test it and then to repeat the tests (the scientific method). But they have rejected real science proof in exchange for models that generate grants.
