MIAMI BEACH, Fla. - The trouble in Miami Beach started when Artur Shaback, 28, walked out to the balcony with a rifle in hand, according to police.
His friend Ivan Suhharev, 28, was taking pictures of him on Friday, police said. Both have pictures with rifles on social media.

After several witnesses reported seeing masked men armed with a rifle, authorities surrounded the Del Rio apartments, 1100 Collins Ave. Federal agents were at the scene.
After getting the reports and setting up a perimeter, police caught Schaback, Suhharev and their friend Mohamed Azab Yousseff, 39.
Inside the apartment where they were staying, there was a switch blade, an AR-15 with 500 rounds of ammunition, a box with drug materials, and containers with suspected hashish and cocaine, police said.

Are they U.S. citizens? If not I believe it is against the law to own/possess a firearm.

Open carry in your home is legal in FL. Doesn't matter if it's a rental. Brandishing however, will get you noticed. I'm guessing that's what this was...

I bet I wouldn’t walk out of jail quite so easily. Because I’m one of those dangerous, crazy Christians. They’d want to keep me and make sure I didn’t do anything wild. Like disappear and go back to my home country.
AMEN! Not to tell you how to run your business, but in I was you, I would practice up on my shooting and make sure I had an ample supply of ammunition. Of course, I give that advice to everyone, even myself.
We should be so lucky for that to be the case here. But I have a sick feeling we'll be seeing more of them, soon.
