The Dems have to lie, cheat and commit vote fraud in order to win elections. Politicians, mostly democrats, say political lies to smear their opponent is protected speech re the First Amendment. If that is the case then does that mean the First Amendment protects any politician who knowingly lies to deceive the American people thus committing fraud against the American people?
