The 1993 film Dave was a hilarious comedy about a loathsome President, Bill Mitchell, who has a stroke while sleeping with a woman not his wife, but one of the women who works in the Oval Office. His staffers have only just discovered a likely body double, Dave Kovic, to be deployed at certain public occasions. Both parts were played by Kevin Kline. It remains a wonderful, classic film, the premise outrageous but entertaining and perhaps prescient.
Just after the Dave of the film has been recruited, the President's stroke occurs and Dave is pressed into a broader role than first presented to him. Now he must be the President until the real one recovers. Dave, though, is a regular guy, a really good man, without a shred of arrogance or pretension. He is a talented comic; his part time job has been impersonating the President at parties and for commercials. His real job is a temp agency; he finds work for people. He takes his "role" seriously.
The film was an obvious swipe at Bill Clinton, whose reputation as a womanizer followed him to the White House. Even though the film was made years before Monica Lewinsky worked as an intern at the White House, Clinton's reputation for cheating was well known. He was an Arkansas legend. In the film, Bill Mitchell's wife hates him, for obvious reasons.
It turns out that body doubles for Presidents, Popes, etc. is not just the stuff of comedic fiction. Hillary has had the same body double for twenty-three years! Impersonator Teresa Barnwell. Apparently many famous important people have body doubles. Who knew?

Why can’t Hillary have a second body double?
Teresa does not have Hillary’s broad back end, nor her Cankles, nor extreme edema in her feet. The double (whether Teresa or another) does not have the same hair, fingers, ear rings or jewelry.
Regardless who it was, it was not Hillary in the videos.
Now the question, what was the source of the videos? That would reveal what we actually saw.
Bingo. And one that looks more like Hillary than Teresa.
Dave was a swipe at the "heartless" Republicans who didn't appreciate Dave's "jobs" plan.
The movie came out in May 1993 and the script would have been written some time before that.
The adultery theme is interesting in light of what Clinton got up to, but if the movie really were about Clinton, wouldn't the film makers have made their president more folksy and good ol' boyish?
I wonder if The American President two years later was really about Clinton, though -- a defense of his behavior against the puritanical Republicans, which turned his adultery into a widowed president having a girlfriend.
I don’t agree. That was Hillary.
The truth is very easy to prove one way or the other.
She spoke. Voice print analysis will easily tell the tale.
Simple, easy, inexpensive and the evidence is available in the public record.

Hillary left the 911 ceremony at 0930. She was AWOL for 90 minutes per her complaining media. Throw in travel time to get to Chelsea's, we're talking 11:30 before she walks out.
September NYC, sun is starting to drift south for the winter, but basically at noon it should be close to overhead, maybe 10 degrees off - ie small shadows. Yet look at the shadows here:
That's not noon - those are significantly slanting shadows. And if it's not noon, then when was this - early morning, BEFORE the ceremony?

Teresa “said” she was not in NYC that day, but in CA.
So, if it was filmed in early morning, who would it have been. The picture is NOT Hillary.
Depending on direction of the face of the apartment, it could have been afternoon. I don’t remember what time I first saw the video.
I can look back down my twitter time line and determine when I first saw it.

Voice print analysis would prove it one way or the other, but no one wants to touch that as it would actually prove something.

Consider this - maintenance and protection of Hillary is done through tight control of her appearances - she says when and where she’ll be, and often arrives late and leaves early. Why? Because she can and does have seizure attacks at any time, especially when under performance stress.
But the 911 ceremony was fixed - date, time and place, and she HAS to be there. No getting around it. Which all by itself raises her stress level, which can also trigger attacks. So going into 911 her team knows there’s a high probability of an attack on that day.
So they prepare for it. She rests up, is highly drugged, is surrounded by a medical team, Chelsea’s mini-hospital is prepped.
And the second body double is waiting at Chelsea’s, while the primary body double is deliberately scheduled for a performance in LA, for deniability.
Then, on 9/11, the show begins...
It looked staged, down to the little-girl distraction to display HC’s warm human side. The absence of SS is the clincher, unless they knew there were no assassinations scheduled for that day.

Um, since New York City is at a significant northern latitude, shadows will even slant at high noon.
