On Thursday night, Donald Trump finally acknowledged an obvious, proven fact: President Obama was born in the United States. Or, rather, Trump's campaign said that he acknowledged it, in a statement that was itself riddled with falsehoods.
"Hillary Clinton’s campaign first raised this issue to smear then-candidate Barack Obama in her very nasty, failed 2008 campaign for President," the statement begins. That's untrue — and it's been fact-checked any number of times. In 2011, Politico outlined the origins; in May, our fact checkers dubbed it ridiculous.
"This type of vicious and conniving behavior is straight from the Clinton Playbook. As usual, however, Hillary Clinton was too weak to get an answer," the statement continues. Again, Clinton wasn't looking for an "answer" to the non-question of where Barack Obama was born because her campaign wasn't pressing the issue. Even before the release of Obama's long-form birth certificate, an announcement of Obama's birth was found in a Honolulu newspaper. His 2008 campaign had released a statement of live birth demonstrating where he was born. Anyone who asked the question for whatever reason had the answer in front of them, if they chose to see it.
"Even the MSNBC show 'Morning Joe' admits that it was Clinton’s henchmen who first raised this issue, not Donald J. Trump," the statement goes on. Whether or not someone on "Morning Joe" said it — a show, we will note, that has spent an awful lot of time of late disparaging Trump — that doesn't make it true.

I am not sure why they keep bringing this up. Since Ted Cruz was declared a Natural Born Citizen since he has an American mother, we now know that it doesn’t matter if Obama was born in Kenya or Hawaii.

An announcement in a newspaper is proof of NOTHING.

Recall that BHO laughed about the Clinton minions digging into his past and mocked Hillary during one of their formal debates.

The Clintons have always known he is a fraud and were unable to uncover enough evidence to destroy him. Lots of scrubbing during those years and HillBill were several years too late in their exploration.
Hussein’s Middle Eastern backers were able to out-buy the Clinton DNC machine. Once Hussein made his 2006 trip to Damascus he was all but guaranteed the presidency. He met with the Arab heads of state and they promised to triple whatever campaign monies Clinton (or anyone else) would be able to raise. This allowed him to pay thousands of people nationwide to run his campaign. Hillary never stood a chance against him. No one did.
The press is outright lying here. The Birther movement was started by the 2008 Clinton campaign. That is well documented fact.

Has anyone heard anything concerning a Hillary foreign policy statement, domestic policy or anything relevant? Me neither.
The MSM is as interested in her policies as they were in Obama’s ‘I’m going to fundamentally change America’ statement.
That’s good, but the truth is, Obama started the birther thing by publishing promotional materials where HE states he was/is from Kenya. Of course, given that Obama is a compulsive liar, who do we believe...Obama or Obama?

The statement points to a Trump win where everyone else failed, getting a pdf document out of 0bama. Full stop.
Now, Trump does not travel one second further down the timeline, where that pdf was quickly proven to be a forged, fraudulent, lie!

In reality, those of us FReepers who are a bit older remember that the Klown HIMSELF claimed he was born in Kenya. There used to be a video of him as a state senator asked why he does not run for president and from his own mouth he claims he was born in Kenya. The fly leaf cover of his first book, first edition claims he was born in Kenya. His grandmother in Kenya claimed on a video interview she was at the birth. There are a couple of good reasons to question his sudden, new claim to having been born in Hawaii.

Recall the investigators looking into his birth records back when at each turn discovered that “someone had already gotten there.”. There were “missing” documents all over the place.

If Obama was born in Honolulu as he claims, why did he spend $10 million or more legally stonewalling the investigation?
It's said that "it's a wise man who knows his own father." Obama is not a wise man, but for a reasonable sum he could find out who his father is (or at least exclude some possibilities) from Ancestry, FamilyTreeDNA, or 23andMe.
He was born in Kenya. The so-called birth certificate was proven to be a clumsy forgery by forensic document experts. It was made in layers on Word Perfect.

Then layer on, I heard that he had worked for illary.
Trump, if he answers the MSM’s gotcha question at all, should say “It was Hillary’s campaign that raised doubts about his birth certificate. Are you saying that she lied?” and leave it at that.
