This time in Colorado, where Trump has taken the lead!
He’s ahead by 2 points according to a new poll. TRUMP 43% CLINTON 41%

The latest polls show the Republican closing the gap with Hillary Clinton in a state where Democrats felt so confident that they diverted millions in television advertising to other battlegrounds.
A Reuters/Ipsos survey released this week gave Trump a narrow edge in a two-way race, 43 percent to 41 percent — his first lead in Colorado in the 2016 election. It follows two other recent polls showing the presidential race as a dead heat or within 5 percentage points.
Trump continues to surge in most national and state polls.

I just cant wait until Hillary has to concede to Trump. That will make this election even better, as well as the media to admit they were biased and Trump won in a landslide showing they are liars.
One can't judge Colorado by the kind of people who went to the national convention—or, for that matter, the state convention. That's why we're having a ballot initiative to get a real presidential primary.

You’re being cruel and unfeeeling. After all just look at all the money the CO gaming industry would make running a “When’s Hillary going to gork again?” pool. If she doesn’t go to CO all those poor people will be denied that income.
you might be right. The first time I saw her I thought it was a mistake as I thought she was going to be like Palin, always putting her foot in her mouth and she kinda looked rough like she was a heavy drinker. I was wrong and Im glad I was.

In fact, she should hold a rally in Leadville (elevation: 10,152 ft). That high altitude fresh air will do wonders for her. :)
The thing about Trump, unlike some, is while he may practice a personal discipline of abstaining from alcohol, smoking and drugs he doesn’t seem to begrudge others who do.
He’ll offer personal advice when asked about it that it’s not a good idea, and share his personal story about his older brother but he doesn’t speak in judgemental terms about it.
I don’t seem to remember if he has ever staked a position on legalizing pot, but I don’t think he’d have a problem of letting that question remain with states. If anything, he would probably be more alarmed by the amount of money spent on the “War on Drugs” with so little return.

If they want to do early voting, make it Monday & Tuesday. Voting for a month a more is dumb.

Southern colorado democrats are completely different than Boulder/Aspen/Denver democrats. Trump has the ability to swing them.
VA and CO were always in play (as in realistic chance of Trump winning). The Clinton camp seemed to go full throttle in OH and FL throughout August to make it seem as if Trump had an impossible shot at the White House.
Once polling showed a Trump lead in both of those states, the Dems knew Hillary had a hell of a fight ahead of her.
Its still far from over, but if Trump has slightly better leads in CO and VA by the end of the month, the next states that’ll fall into his camp should be PA, MI, and WI :-).
I’m *really* looking forward to October ... I’m expecting news from states I never thought I’d see a Republican win again for the rest of my life :-).

Forget the Rove model where you leave political capital on the table every election to eek out wins. I want to be disappointed that Trump lost DC, HI, CA, IL, MN, MA, VT, and MD by the slimmest of margins while winning everything else :-) :-) :-). Seems like a pipe dream, but I thought Trump making it this far was impossible. I’m happily eating crow. :-).
I sincerely believe Trump has a realistic shot in all the states I didn’t list above ... I know I’m being over-optimistic, but seeing the trend shift his direction this early is a really *yuge* sign! :-)
