Four Americans died in the 2012 terror attack in Benghazi, and those who survived saw their stories of heroism told in a Hollywood movie, but the filmmaker whose work was wrongly blamed for touching off the event lives in obscurity, poverty and fear, FoxNews.com has learned.
Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the Coptic Christian whose short video “The Innocence of Muslims” was initially faulted for sparking the Sept. 11, 2012 terror attack at U.S. diplomatic compounds in Libya, is now living in a homeless shelter run by First Southern Baptist Church in Buena Park, Calif. He has served time in prison, been shamed publicly by the White House and threatened with death. “I don’t believe in democracy anymore,” Nakoula told FoxNews.com. “I don’t think there is such a thing as freedom of speech.”
In the aftermath of the Benghazi attack, President Obama and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton seized on the anti-Islamist film as the cause of a spontaneous protest that turned violent. U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith and CIA contractors Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty were killed when armed terrorists laid siege to the compound and set it ablaze.

Montagraph put up a new video on May 1st. It is basically a refresher of his original findings of the connection between Stanley Inc., a State Dept. subcontractor, to the Innocence of Muslims video. He also shows when and by whom the name was changed.
(Montagraph removed all of his Innocence of Muslims research videos a couple of years ago. He was a bit nutty but his technical research was sound. He traced the release of the video on the internet to a State Dept. contractor.)

- AFAIK Nakoula was never a film maker before. He was a check kiter.
- The film was not originally about Mohammed.
- Clips from the film were first aired on Egyptian TV just 3-4 days before Sept. 11th by a hardline 'tele-Islamist.'
- 0bama, Hillary and Rice have repeatedly made a point of saying that the U.S. gov had "nothing to do with the film." Something no one in the world would have ever thought.
- 0bama and Hillary have engaged in a major campaign of disinformation to blame the film and apologize for it.
Nakoula and Eiad may have made the film.
Someone else handled "distribution" and "promotion" in Egypt.
Yeah I’ve always been curious to know how anyone knew that video even existed, much less had it ready as an excuse for something. And there’s no doubt that the Obama/Hillary gang had it in their back pocket.
