I wonder how many days each of the individual states requires prior to the election for a person (not a party) to register as a candidate......
Now you have to wonder. When Joe Biden decided not to run this year, do you think he knew of HRC's condition? We know he wanted to run and he had more than a decent shot of beating her. I wonder if a deal was made where he would get "slipped in" should she not make it to the finish line.

I think it’s too late for that. I think all States lock the names on the ballot no later than 60 days before the election. Biden won’t be on the ballot - he won’t get elected.
All sorts of crazy possibilities...
Some locales can still change the ballot names, so what if they substitute Biden on the ballot... and a die-hard Canky supporter writes-in Hillary?

Why? They know her real poll numbers are horrid and they wouldn’t be talking about dumping her if she really had the election in the bag.

I think Hillary is far more formidable than Biden. Biden has run several times and was barely a blip on the radar. He doesn’t bring anything special like “first woman president”, etc. His only claim to fame is holding Obama’s wang for him for the past 8 years when he pees.
Bernie Sanders resigned from the Democrat Party. He’s toast.
So they want to replace one potentially brain damaged corpse in waiting with a verified brain damaged sock puppet....

The only person who has a chance to push Crooked Hillary to withdraw is Chelsea - Webb’s daughter.
How would they get Uncle Joe on the ballot? Yes, you are voting for electors not directly for the candidates, but the wording on state ballots associates the electors with the candidates. Probably the easiest way would to have Kaine be moved to the top slot with a vice president to be named later. This would be a mess!
