http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/sep/7/fbi-managers-instructed-to-exonerate-hillary-clint/

I’m guessing with all the attention, and rightly so,that 911 is getting stuff like this will get little play.
..................

Judge Andrew Napolitano of FOX News has written a new column for the Washington Times in which he suggests, based on his own analysis, that the FBI was told to give Hillary Clinton a pass. It’s hard to argue against his point.

Clearly, she has friends in high places.

From the column:

FBI managers instructed to exonerate Hillary Clinton

On Sept. 2, the FBI released a lengthy explanation of its investigation of Hillary Clinton and a summary of the evidence amassed against her. It also released a summary of Mrs. Clinton’s July FBI interrogation.

The interrogation was in some respects standard and in others very troubling. It was standard in that she was confronted with emails she had sent or received and was asked whether she recalled them, and her judgment about them was challenged. The FBI was looking for gross negligence in her behavior about securing state secrets.

The failure to secure state secrets that have been entrusted to one for safekeeping is known as espionage, and espionage is the rare federal crime that does not require prosecutors to prove the defendant’s intent. They need only prove the defendant’s gross negligence.

At one point during the interrogation, FBI agents attempted to trick her, as the law permits them to do. Before the interrogation began, agents took the hard copy of an innocuous email Mrs. Clinton had sent to an aide and marked it “secret.” Then, at her interrogation, they asked Mrs. Clinton whether she recognized the email and its contents. She said she did not recognize it, but she questioned the “secret” denomination and pointed out to the agents that nothing remotely secret was in the email.

By examining the contents of the email to see whether it contained state secrets, which it clearly did not, Mrs. Clinton demonstrated an awareness of the law — namely, that it is the contents of a document or email that cause it to be protected by federal secrecy statutes, not the denomination put on it by the sender…

I counted five times in the report where the FBI lamented that it did not have what it needed. This is the FBI’s own fault. This tepid FBI behavior is novel in modern federal law enforcement. It is inimical to public safety and the rule of law. It is close to misconduct in office by high-ranking FBI officials.

Someone restrained the FBI.

Read the whole thing.

Of course, the most obvious reason many people suspect this is true is the simple common sense knowledge that anyone other than Hillary Clinton would have been prosecuted for doing less.

Exactly when you start comparing the two sides there simply is no comparison to anyone with a brain. But then that’s not how presidents are chosen. That’s been proven twice.

Quote:

“Unfortunately many unanswered questions remain about 911,some may never be fully explored.”

Post 911, some questions have been answered and one in particular will be answered in less than two months:

Question:

“Is the United States ruled by incompetent, corrupt globalists who are above the law, answer to no one, and despise the very people that “voted” them in to power?”

Answer:

Yes.

Question:

“Do the American people resent this usurpation of their God-given rights and freedoms and are they ready to shed the yoke of tyranny?”

Answer:

To be determined on or about November 8, 2016.

Thank you for posting those horrific pictures.
We need to remember.

I could not believe some group thought 9/11 was a great meme to sell mattress. What in the world were those people thinking. Truly deplorable what our educators and our bettors are teaching

You’ll pay twice as much for a MC to get the same performance on a PC.

A PC can do anything a MAC can do if it is set up correctly. Unfortunately, most companies add crapware (free software that is free for two months then hoodwinks you into buying a it) to increase their profit margins.

Since Apply makes both the hardware and software, they don’t need to, they just charge more for it.

I only build my own PCs and put Windows on it myself. Never had an issue. BTW, Windows 8 and 10 both come with FREE anti-virus software made by Microsoft as part of the operating system.

“Heard they run around two grand.”

Depends on what you decide on. iMac 21.5 inch screen will run you between $1099 - $1299 & the 27” starts at $1499.

Vote Trump 2016

Frank Luntz on Twitter wrote the following:

Attacking your opponent is common sense.

Attacking voters is campaign suicide.

I couldn't agree with him more. Hillary Clinton just energized Trump voters and swung many undecided voters towards voting for Trump. And it also confirms Paul Joseph Watson's description of her attitude of "sneering, arrogant elitism." I think the Sunday talk shows--especially today on the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks--are kind of loathe to talk about her because these stories expose her condescending attitude towards everyone that are not her close friends (and she has relatively few close friends).

I wouldn’t have an Apple product if you gave it to me. Apple makes the “Robber Barons” look like kids playing “Monopoly.”

I build my own PC platforms also.
I never have the Window’s problems people on this forum commonly cite. I have actually had more problems with Linux but that has diminished as more device drivers become available for that environment.

Regarding accent mark: Jane's idea of using cut and paste will work, but what if you need a letter other than 'e' accented?

Here's the simple trick to use to accent any letter:

1. Type the word that contains the accented letter up to the accented letter.

2. Type an ampersand.

3. Type the letter you want accented.

4. Type the word 'acute'.

5. Type a semicolon, ';'.

6. Finish typing the word.

When you click on Preview the letter should be accented.

Put all together:  d& eacute;plorable.

I had to put a space after the ampersand to prevent the browser from accenting the letter. Don't type the space when you do it.

Well the are talking about this on Meet the Press and one of those so-called “pundits” actually said that Hillary got it wrong....THAT ALL OF TRUMP’S SUPPORTERS ARE DEPLORABLE.

I got to get on my hands and knees and beg God to rid us of these horrible people....again I don’t even think Hillary’s voters are deplorable.

Who is deplorable is HILLARY!!!

She can take her lackluster apology and shove it where the sun don’t shine.

I build systems with 32GB RAM, i7 processor, 2TB hard drive, all for under $500. Windows 10 Professional for less than $100. Add a 24” Acer or Samsung monitor for $149.

Out-performs just about any system out there.

Tweaked to perfection. None of the issues reported, which are almost always chair-to-keybord, or I. D. 10 T issues anyways.

I have had my 27 iMac (and MacPro, iPan, iPhone) for many years. Wish more software was readily available (esp the graphic variety which is my love). I admire anyone who does PC and has no problems. That was never my experience or that of about everyone I know.

I had multiple problems with PC (good ones with theoretically good security programs). As the old saying goes, I never looked back

Right now Defense Secy up at pentagon. At this point I look at about everyone in the administration as losers and traitors. Probably should not blanket it but if they have the nod of Obama, I feel they are not patriots.

Obama waiting his turn to speak and I am sure annoyed this is delaying severely his Tee time. Wonder if Rudy will be speaking in NY

On the 15th anniversary of the worst Islamic attack on western civilization in over a hundred years, some sobering and sad thoughts come to mind.

How sad that only seven years later, a majority of voters, already tired of the struggle against this hateful religion, in response, elect as President Barak Hussein Obama. Who in their right mind would have entertained the notion that America would elect someone with not only an Islamic name, but one with clear connections to Islam including attending a Madrasa in Indonesia as a child back on that fateful day?

Here 15 years later, with Muslim attacks and ideology spreading across Europe, and to a lesser extent America, so many vilify a presidential candidate as racist for wanting to stop the importing of this hateful “religion” into America.

How did we allow Islam to become a victim in this? How ridiculous is it for the left in this country to insist on tolerance for the most intolerant people on earth?

The sad truth of the matter is we are losing this struggle.

He can’t decide which accent to use.

And please note her quick flaccid apology yesterday.

Hillary didn't apologize. Clinton, in her apology, also said: “I regret saying ‘half’ -- that was wrong. But let's be clear, what's really ‘deplorable’ is that Donald Trump hired a major advocate for the so-called ‘alt-right’ movement to run his campaign and that David Duke and other white supremacists see him as a champion of their values.”

This is Clintonian parsing of language. Maybe, it is not half, maybe it is more or less. And then the obligatory David Duke inclusion. This is a non-apology apology.
