It was there to feed their prescripted answers to the known questions that would be put to her by her fellow Clinton Foundation member, Matt Lauer.
It was either coaching, or it was a hearing defect she has not disclosed nor was disclosed in that fake ass “bill of health” letter issued by her private partisan doctor.
When Trump gets onstage with this bitch he should issue a complaint of order and have her checked for bugs and earbuds, or at the minimum supported by certified letters from unbiased medical professionals.

A number of police officers on duty at the debate location who happened to be acquainted with the clandestine technology spotted it in her ear right away and made Hildabeast's cheating public!
She is so evil she can't do ANYTHING without lying or cheating. She lied again to the American people concerning her illegal mishandling of "classified" and "secret" electronic documents. Of course last night her memory was crystal clear; she didn't once mention that she "couldn't remember anything because of her concussion".
Donald Trump and his people need to be all over the story and they must absolutely insist that she be prohibited from using this nefarious device in ALL FUTURE DEBATES. He must also insist that Crooked Hillary Clinton be checked for any such devices by an independent third party just prior to her entering the debate stage.
Trump must also insist that if she is found to be cheating again he will absolutely refuse to participate in the "debate" because they are "rigged in favor of Hillary Clinton". He should the walk off the stage and immediately hold a national news conference explaining in detail the reason for his unprecedented actions.
As an added precaution, Trump's team should make sure that ANY AND ALL of the frequency bands these earpieces are capable of broadcasting and receiving in are JAMMED AND BLOCKED throughout the entire location!

It isn’t that simple.
These kind of signals are nearly impossible to jam. They use sophisticated frequency hoping technology. If you don’t have the same device or the frequency keys then you don’t have a chance. The only way to jam is to jam all the frequencies it can possibly use at the same time. There is no way you could broadcast a stronger signal to put intelligible sounds into the receiver.
There might be some system that the government has to decode these things or perhaps the manufacturer could give up the codes but don’t bet on it.
