You are absolutely correct, Lady. Democrats are the most intolerant people I deal with - smug and arrogant, too. I remember when the booed God - at the Dem convention in 2012. They were quite loud, too. I have a feeling God took down their names.

Well, ya see now that’s a slick trick the MSM pulled a few election cycles back.
You may recall that in past elections, the GOP was Blue on the map, and the Dems were Red, and I always noted how appropriate that pairing was as I watched Reagan roll to victory over the commie facilitators, and hard-line Soviet sympathizers on the Left.
Then — and I think it was the Bush/Gore election where I first noticed — suddenly the GOP weren’t the Blue team, anymore, they were the Red team, and it was the Dems that were now the Blue team.
I suppose that many would regard that as a mere triviality, but I insist that it is an artifact of the MSM carrying water for the DNC, and the move was specifically engineered to build some psychological distance between — to mentally dissociate the terms “Democrat” and “red” along with all that “red” signified, and continues to signify.
Election Night 2000 was when the Orwellian newspeak switcheroo occurred. Chalk it up to the stupidity of the GOP for not saying “NO !” to the false relabeling. But I will not use it and frequently chide others for calling things backwards when they should know better. Our side lets the opposition win the propaganda war without firing a shot, and we wonder why we’re in such a terrible state of affairs today.
Yeah, so I do recall correctly. I also DON’T recall anybody prominent saying anything about it; just an “oh, well, whatever they want to do; it’s such a small thing...” sort of attitude.
As the poet wrote, “...all for the want of a nail.”
