President Obama on Monday defended San Francisco 49ers backup quarterback Colin Kaepernick's decision not to stand during the playing of the national anthem.

"[H]e's following his constitutional right to make a statement," Obama said at a press conference in Hangzhou, China, responding to a question about the quarterback. "I think there's a long history of sports figures doing so."

The president added, "I don't doubt his sincerity. I think he cares about some real, legitimate issues that have to be talked about. And if nothing else, he's generated some conversation around some topics that need to be talked about it."

"Today I dinged him another 5 IQ points for the sheer lame stupidity of that answer. His small-minded, stale, cramped intellectual efforts are painful to watch."

Yep. Obama and the 3rd string QB are two sad, stupid specimens.

It means nothing without hard numbers. That is, did everyone else’s sell two and ck went from zero to three?

Rest assured, the numbers are much higher than that. Kaepernick's jersey is now the #5 seller for the entire league.

Nessa Diab is also a BLM activist. Obviously Kaepernick is thinking with his ‘little head’ .........

Then why is Trump tied with Clinton?

That he's "tied" (most polls have him losing) to a woman who should be in prison, a woman who doesn't even go through the motions to hide her graft, corruption and total disregard for the law, only underscores my point.

And in November when Donald Trump, a man I have sent money to and whose name adorns my car and my yard loses in a landslide election to Hillary Clinton, my point will be proven.

Malkin: Got National Anthem Hypersensitivity Syndrome? Call 1-800-Get-Over-Yourself NOW [VIDEO]

By: Michelle Malkin | September 04, 2016

Are you or someone you know suffering from National Anthem Hypersensitivity Syndrome?

Telltale signs include:

Numbness in the torso and legs before the beginning of professional sporting events;
Nausea at the sight of American flags;
Extreme allergic reactions to the presence of men and women in military uniform, police officers, NRA members, and everyone who gladly puts hand over heart;
Obsessive affection for murderous left-wing dictators such as Fidel Castro and Che Guevara;
And uncontrollable rage at the mention of oppressive phrases such as “land of the free” and “home of the brave.”

If you’ve got a case of National Anthem Hypersensitivity Syndrome, here are some simple steps toward a cure:

Buy a pair of these handy earplugs to block out the torturous strains of the “Star Spangled Banner.”
Go to a naturalization ceremony and ask a new American to remind you why America deserves your respect and is worth swearing allegiance to.
And then, step off your publicity stunt high horse and call 1-800-Get-Over-Yourself. That’s 1-800-Get-Over-Yourself.

Feel better soon, and God bless America.

It’s not him. It is the lack of virtually unanimous outrage.

Like Obama, Kaepernick suffers from that Abandoned by a White Mother and Black Father, Raised by White Couple Syndrome. He’s a flake. Judging from his haircut, the boy is living in the 70s. The 1870s.

Watching Obama trying to think or speak coherently when he goes off script or when TOTUS malfunctions is like watching a chimp trying to solve a Rubics Cube. [So this doesn’t come off as racist, let’s stipulate that it’s his white half that’s stupid.]

He wasn't elected. They cheated using lots of money.

I agree. I despair for this country, I really do.

Good point! Obama and Kaepernick do seem well matched intellectually. But at least Kaepernick has sports skills. Obama’s only skill is playing the race card.

Question for Obama.. if interracial crime is almost entirely white on black.. well The federal government published interracial crime data for years and years prior to Obama taking office. Where's the brief?

Here's mine. Those data show just the opposite of what Obama preaches

Bull. I'm so tired of conservatives who believe there shouldn't have been consequences for standing around doing nothing for 50 years while Democrats imported millions of 3rd World voters.

And they have the nerve to cry "cheat!" when Democrats and their millions of 3rd World voters win elections? Give me a break. What did you think was going to happen?

Democrats don't need to cheat when we gave them millions of new voters. They can now win fair and square.

Maybe if he cleans himself up and acquires an interest in painting, he can follow in this guy's footsteps:

"Let's paint a happy little football over here on the 20 yard line."
