The Virginia senator is set to give a major national security speech at a Tuesday afternoon rally in Wilmington.
"Senator Kaine will underline that Hillary Clinton is the only candidate who has the experience, temperament, and judgment to serve as commander in chief and who has the vision to make America safer and stronger together," the campaign said in a statement.

Poor Killary is so exhausted from the rigors of the campaign she is sending out Kaine to serve as her surrogate.

I think it is a combination of fatigue, fear of a public health scare with the almost undeniable reality that the media and her surrogates doing the heavy lifting is more effective than her own presence.

I really think she is getting worse, she is hiding more and more, she has other people doing all her talking, then this garbage of Matt Lauer interviewing Trump and Hillary separately instead of them both on stage this coming Wednesday. What the hell is that? When has that ever happened before? That’s not a debate, that is clearly a con job by the Hillary campaign. Do I even have to guess that she will be propped up on some sofa and the questions will be completely safe and pre-approved while Trump will be blasted? I really have my doubts that she is going to do a REAL debate with Trump. Supposedly one is suppose to happen on the 26th, but I just know something is going to come up to change the format or have it cancelled altogether.
Yeah, like we all remember how V.P. Candidate Dan Quayle came out to do a foreign policy speech in place of Bush.

The Hillary campaign feels that, with their structural and sizable Electoral College advantage (thanks, ‘RATS for 50+ years of unabated migration of unassimilated 3rd World aliens), her extreme dishonesty & corruption, Trump’s unlikeable ratings, and her massive fundraising & ad buys, that she only has to ride out the already baked-in scandals, weather the debates, and she’s a shoe-in for POTUS. The hiding from the public and the media is calculated, because the more the people see, they less they like.
I hope that’s wrong and American voters are not as ignorant as the Left believe, but it’s worrisome, nonetheless. I’m heartened by the tightening in the polls, however, Trump needs to establish and maintain good leads in the battleground states, because the full weight of the ‘RATS, the RINO Rovian gopE, and the lapdog “journalists” is coming down on him.
Haven’t heard that he was going to interview them separately. This is NOT one of the debates.
