Sounds like a good Trump commercial. Bill would in effect, be endorsing Trump.
I don’t think this would help Trump. It would show that they are politicians, but at the same time Hillary and Bill may have said this a couple of times.

I know, if the picture is fuzzy, it's sometimes hard to tell if their lips are moving, but I studied that clip carefully, and am certain now that his lips were indeed moving.
Therefore, he was lying.

All Americans, not only in the States most heavily affected but in every place in this country, are rightly disturbed by the large numbers of illegal aliens entering our country. The jobs they hold might otherwise be held by citizens or legal immigrants. The public service they use impose burdens on our taxpayers.
That's why our administration has moved aggressively to secure our borders more by hiring a record number of new border guards, by deporting twice as many criminal aliens as ever before, by cracking down on illegal hiring, by barring welfare benefits to illegal aliens.

Bill said those things in 1995 because:
a) He had to, with an election coming. It was part of “triangulation,” taking some conservative proposals as his own
b) The cross-border flow was nowhere near what it was today, so there was no chance of building a big, new illegal Dem constituency in his terms of office.
c) He was being bribed by the Chinese to make dual-use technology available, but not yet by the Saudis
d) He was nowhere near as anti-US as Hillary. He just wanted to enjoy the perks of office (Yes, Monica, I’m talking about you).
