Bad idea.
I agree. Trump should have the Pres of Mexico come to NY and Trump Tower.
That settles it!
From what I understand its gonna be a private meeting, probably in a neutral location since he’s supposed to be in Arizona tomorrow giving his speech
“It is expected that Trump advisor and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, RNC Chairman Reince Priebus and Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions, along with high-ranking Mexican officials, will attend the meeting.”
Excellent points. And like you said, if Rubio goes with him, it would be a stroke of genius.
Absolutely! LOL
As long as his safety is ensured, that’s probably a good idea.
Wrong. That’s not how it works.
The invitation was extended to Trump. The invitee doesn’t tell the host who invited Trump to come to him.
It a trap!!!
He risks being killed there. Nieto and Fox have already sent him such signals.
That is exactly what will happen.
The man is a genius.
Trump should put an American flag on the tail.
Yes, you are right. Just send the illegals, all of them, no exceptions, packing back to Mexico and let Mexico sort it out. That’s the art of the deal.
Very nice!
I have to agree with Itsa Trap crowd. Mex Pres could easily be in on it, having given the invite, his government being full of cartel spies. Mexico is a failed state dominated by narco-terror cartels. I think it’s a terrible idea, huge risk. We know they have plenty of weapons because the Joker restocked them only recently (Fast and Furious).
Yes, you are correct, unless the American Third Army travels with and surrounds him.
And while he’s down there. he should meet in Baja and negotiate for it to be ‘reclaimed’ by the United States. (I know, I know but put on your 10-gallon hat and think reverse-reconquista).
And if one wants to stay real safe, do not run for President.
Trump will not back down....
That is a thoughtful insight, and probably what will happen behind closed doors.
As others have stated, he is apparently our de facto president at this point.
High risk, high reward. A true Gordian knot move.
> “It is a risk, then again so was Chicago the last time Trump showed up.”
Didn’t Trump cancel Chicago? Yes, he did.
