Macron’s remarks follow similar comments by the centre-right French politician Xavier Bertrand, elected president of the Nord Pas-de-Calais regional council in December, who has repeatedly called the 2003 accord into question and argued the border should be opened to address the growing humanitarian problem posed by the “Jungle”.
“If Britain leaves Europe, right away the border will leave Calais and go to Dover,” Bertrand said last month. “We will not continue to guard the border for Britain if Britain is no longer in the European Union.”

But this week the French economy minister joined the Calais mayor in calling for the Jungle migrant camp to be moved to Britain. Emmanuel Macron also suggested that the Le Touquet accord, which allows UK border officials to stop migrants before they try to cross, should be torn up.
The UK's Border Force staff have been able to check passports and vehicles at Channel ports in France since 2003 under the Le Touquet Treaty.
In return, French officials are allowed to carry out their checks in Dover and other UK ports, allowing vehicles to drive off ferries without any further delay.
The bi-lateral agreement between the two countries is separate to the EU and is not automatically affected by Britain's decision to leave.

Probably a few sharks, but it’s the distance, water temperature, currents, and weather that would make it a challenge. Post flyers in the camp reading “How really badly do you want to get to England?”. There are certain to be a good number of geography challenged takers. And with Brexit coming, a side benefit would be an enhanced food supply for the Channel fish stocks in advance of British fishermen resuming their work in liberated British waters.
I believe this direct citizen action by the great unwashed masses is what will soon become necessary here should the Beast manage to defeat Donald Trump. If that happens, I would expect to see a highly organized takeover of D.C. streets by millions of Americans demanding that steps be taken immediately to terminate the illegal immigrant attack on America.
