'Hillary's brainpower is highly overrated': Trump opens new line of attack on Clinton and recalls she FAILED the bar exam in Washington

Hillary Clinton failed to pass the bar exam in D.C. after graduating from Yale Law School She has spun the shortcoming as a happy indication at the time that she should follow Bill Clinton to Arkansas Donald Trump pulled the episode into the news Monday with two tweets In one he said her 'brainpower is highly overrated' Donald Trump has opened up a new line of attack on Hillary Clinton, writing Monday on Twitter that her intellect is 'highly overrated' – and recalling, correctly, that she once failed the Washington, D.C. bar exam.

'Does anyone know that Crooked Hillary, who tried so hard, was unable to pass the Bar Exams in Washington D.C. She was forced to go elsewhere,' his tweet read.

'Crooked Hillary's brainpower is highly overrated.Probably why her decision making is so bad or, as stated by Bernie S, she has BAD JUDGEMENT,' Trump added.

Yeah, they have killed a lot more of their allies than they have conservatives.

“Yale tends not to concentrate on the nuts-and-bolts “black letter law” but on more theoretical and abstract stuff. Somebody who lives for the more political courses, might well have snoozed through the more concrete courses that teach the material that the bar exam tests.”

Law schools teach how to think like a lawyer, and Yale students like those of other schools substantially rely on bar review courses that often provide the “black letter law” for many subjects that students may not have taken at all. Mrs. Bill took such a course with a highly noted teacher of that era, Joseph Nacrelli, and unlike others who participated in his review appears to be the only one to fail. Thus reference by some to those associated with her being “flabbergasted” by the revelation of her failure first admitted openly in her autobiography.

She entered the Rose Law Firm specializing in patent and intellectual property litigation. She had no technical background, and the only patent case I am aware of that Rose was involved in led to the billing fraud that sent Webb Hubbel to jail. She was the only partner that claimed specialization in IP law in the 1992 copy of Martindale-Hubbell, and it is very interesting that somehow he took the hit.

“Again this tweet is red meat for the troops, and frankly given that Carlos Danger is in the Headlines, I think Trump missed a golden opportunity to own a news cycle, with this sort of thing.”

Apparently Trump did fall for such a strategy and comment on the tawdry Mr. Huma issue, which is really just a distraction from “this tweet” that substantively commented on Mrs. Bill’s intelligence - or limitations thereof.

I have attempted to be diplomatic, thus a paragraph for that which can be more succinctly stated:

“After the finest legal education available, Hillary failed a mediocre DC bar exam passed by nearly 70% of others, likely more than 90% of first time test takers and 100% of Yale graduates.”

Perfect!

with her brain damage and deteriorating health from parkinson’s, she’s nothing more than a corrupt puppet.

I have been emphasizing for weeks that Mrs. Clinton is obviously the star puppet of international globalists, and that Huma is most likely a jihadist plant whose job is to make sure Hillary knows exactly what she must do.

I have refrained from being rude to you - please do me the favor of likewise refraining.

I am NOT going to stoop to your level and tell you "you don't have a clue." But you are working from bad data. The entire bar exam regimen has changed, nationwide - you can't look at current statistics - the 2016 pass rate tells you absolutely nothing about the D.C. exam when Hillary took it.

I am only a little younger than Hillary, and I took the "old style" bar exam, which was almost entirely essays. The standardized multiple choice "fill in the bubble" and mandated nationwide questions did not come in until I was teaching (a lowly adjunct) probably around 1985 or so. The exams varied wildly by jurisdiction. A friend who sat for the D.C. bar said it was a cinch. Of course, she's pretty smart, speaks 3 languages, and over-prepares for everything. Something we can be sure Hillary never did.

The 1973 pass rate was around 70%.

That includes the clueless from the Millard Fillmore School of Law and Automobile Repair (D.C. is one of the few jurisdictions that allow unaccredited law school graduates to take the bar) and the frequent flyers - I know a fellow who took the bar over a dozen times and never did pass. People would point him out in the law library.

There's no excuse for an Ivy-educated graduate who does the necessary review (particularly important back then as the schools mostly taught theory and graduates were reputed "not to know where the courthouse is") and applies herself to fail. It's either lack of intellect, failure to grasp the subject, or sheer laziness.

My point was that if you paid attention and kept up with the reading, you’d be prepared, studying would be easier, and you’d pass. Of course if you didn’t, backfilling that up would be a herculean task. My daughter passed this year, she said she got a secured transactions question.
