“How can he do that without congressional approval?”
*********************************************************

He can’t, but then again the Constitution says he can’t be President also.

None of our elected or judicial officials would stand up for the Constitution.

Forfeit part, lose all.

Really? No danger?
We have an ineligible usurper in the office of President.
I’d say we have been in danger since Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009

For one so widely touted as a Constitutional scholar he seems to have very little understanding or respect for the document.

You're absolutely right but you make a wrong assumption. His only "scholarly" interest in the Constitution has been finding ways to skirt its intent, especially the separation of powers.

He learned if you totally politicize the Justice Department and federal judgeships including the Supremes, there's not a thing Congress is willing to do about it except impeach, and we know how that backfired with Clinton. Congress's vaunted "power of the purse" is mostly a joke because any attempt to use it is immediately savaged by the totally partisan media.

Face it: with very few exceptions the only loyalty members of Congress have is to themselves and the people who fund their re-election campaigns.

A company threatened to comply or else can legally challenge the "or else" and would win, for after all ... it is not a Constitutionally ratified treaty.

If an overbearing government pushes back and shuts of the electricity, the power of the people can be harnessed to do away with that government.

EVERYTHING hinges on real people understanding and manifesting the power they already have.

This first appeared in 1834 in the poem “Oliver’s Advice” by William Blacker with the words...

“Put your trust in God, my boys, and keep your powder dry!”

Nah, it won’t do anything. The funniest part is the aim to not allow average temperatures to rise more than 2 degrees.

So much for climate change! It won’t be allowed any more!

It isn’t ratified unless it is actually ratified.

Congress pre-approved the Iran deal. Maybe Climate Change was a secret part of that deal.
