China and the United States are set to jointly announce their ratification of a landmark climate change pact before the G20 summit early next month, the South China Morning Post has learned.
Senior climate officials from both countries worked late into the night in Beijing on Tuesday to finalise details, and a bilateral announcement is likely to be made on September 2, according to sources familiar with the issue....
...“There are still some uncertainties from the US side due to the complicated US system in ratifying such a treaty, but the announcement is still quite likely to be ready by Sept 2,” said a source, who declined to be named.
If both sides announce the ratification on the day, it would be the last major joint statement between the two leaders before Obama leaves office....
...But the Obama administration’s commitment to international frameworks suggests the accord would be passed in a way that would make it difficult for his successors to undo, civil society trackers said.

This is not a treaty. It’s a joke.
This is exactly right. Somewhere along the way it became customary to accept unratified Treaty provisions and simply call them executive agreements — subject to the will and influence of future administrations.
That’s all executive orders really are.

Let me guess ... It allows China to do pretty much what it wants, but limits US energy production to burning dried panda poop ... that it has to import from China.
Those pushing this climate fraud know exactly what and who they intend to control, having power over you and I is their only goal.
It's OK if everyone else thinks it's a Treaty as long as the US Congress knows that it's not.
The United States IS NOT bound by any word or provision in it.
The congress of the US continues to have no gonads. They can call it agreement, deals, or whatever but they ware still treaties and need senate approval. But the spineless eaters have their heads in their rectums or are just on the tai like everyone else. Obama should have been impeached for fast and furious and using the IRS to slap opponents. So everything else pales by comparison.
The treaty isn’t about controlling the climate. it’s about kneecapping American businesses to favour China. I wonder just how much money Obama has in his offshore bank accounts.

They don’t plan to control the Sun, but if the Sun “misbehaves” they will claim the political power to manage the side-effects by controlling us. Nothing has to be true or make sense anymore, all they have to do is declare a problem and issue marching orders, whatever they might be.
IIRC Michelle made over 350,000 year on the Chicago hospital board, increased from 175,000 when Obama added a grant to the hospital to a bill on another subject. Then he has his senate pay from Illinois and DC. They SHOULD have less money than the Clintons.
The other night on Coast to Coast radio they detailed how the con tons set up the library and then illegally morphed it into the larger foundation without filing with the feds. I look for Obamas to do the same and collect bribe money retroactively through speaking engagements.
The U.S system of ratifying a treaty is not “complicated” as the article asserts....it is simple....take it to the Senate and get the votes.. ....
It may be hard to do in this instance....like making a full court basketball shot...but its it “complicated”
Senate leadership must stand up and state to those nations signature to the “executive agreement” referenced in the article that it will not be recognized as Obama acted illegally in his part.

Simple solution: Donald Trump just ignores it like Obama has ignored our laws.
The two main words in the phrase, "consent" and "concur". It won't happen even though we have a squishy Congress. They like their power when it comes to treaties, although they relinquish it at other times.
