Tell us how you really feel, Governour!
I appreciate a politician with a tightly crafted and expressive message delivered from the heart. This guy deserves at least 5 stars and a 9.6 from his electorate.
We may be moving to Maine.
L
Mayb this governor can soon serve Maine in the u s senate
I live in Maine and I love Governor Paul LePage.
He doesn’t take any crap from anyone and makes Donald Trump look shy.
LePage is running for the Senate in 2018.....watch out, Washington!
Maine has been trending purple in recent years.
Just the little we saw/heard him, it was evident he is the real deal ~ He is WONDERFUL! What a gift to Maine to have him now as Gov, and running for the Senate.
LePage has strongly hinted of a planned Senate run in 2018 against Angus King, so-called “Independent” and former Maine governor.
LePage signed a Constitutional Carry bill last year, passed by the Democrat controlled Maine House and the GOP controlled Maine Senate.
The same bill made switchblades legal.
LePage also wants to get rid of the state income tax.
How do we clone this guy?
LOVE HIM!!!
Thanks. I hope he can replace Collins ?
I LIKE that Governor. Exactly the attitude the pubbie leadership needs.
Collins....whom I can not stand....is up for re-election in 2020.
Sen. Angus King, a so-called “Independent” who is really a democrat is up in 2018.
LePage, from his comments in the recent past, intends to run against Angus King in 2018. LePage’s second term runs out after the 2018 election (he will be in office until January of 2019) and he is term-limited to two consecutive terms.
LePage COULD run for governor if he wanted to in 2022. He would have to skip a term under Maine’s term limit law. But he has his eyes on the U.S. Senate.
I have heard LePage on talk radio here in Maine and he is very knowledge-able about business. He was once the CEO of Marden’s, a chain of department-like closeout stores in Maine.
His wife Ann works with veterans here in Maine and even went skydiving with wounded warriors. She took a job this summer as a waitress in southern Maine.
Also, Paul LePage has an adopted son who is black and who is now an adult.
Trump effect.

I believe that Paul LePage has been on the political scene longer than Trump has and has always been outspoken.

The same bill made switchblades legal.
LePage also wants to get rid of the state income tax.

Yet,in Vermont and Maine, convicted felons are allowed to vote from their jail cells.
Thanks. Well, maybe Collins may retire one of these days. She’s very very unreliable -,really a D in much of her votes — I think Maine deserves better. A lot better
La Page family Christmas photo at home always includes his black ‘son’ - a Jamaican he met when the boy was high school age - the LaPages put him thru highs school and college, and last I knew, he was working on his doctorate,
When PaPage first became Gov., the NAACP demanded a meeting with him - to discuss the treatment of black prisoners in the jails.
LaPage said he’s be fine with meeting them to talk about ‘prisoners’ - ALL prisoners.
They then called him a racist - and he told them to kiss in arse...
The media and libs exploded.
We cheered.
Typical limousine lib.
If Westbrook, Maine still has the paper mill in its environs, Mr. Gattine is welcome to it. I *still* remember, to this day, arising before 'can see' in February, to deliver my newspaper route, at age thirteen, or so, in Portland, and breathing in the reek of that mill in Westbrook, miles away... (I'm now over 60...)

>> Wow. I thought The Donald had a temper
That’s not a temper. That’s a rational approach to dealing with assholes.
