The scariest thing about Fentynal when I was on it was the thought of my grandson thinking it was a sticker. He loved superhero stickers, when he was with us, we all wore them because he made sure of it.
I was religious about folding the patches in half and flushing them. I read about proper disposal in the medical paper work..
