I mean at this point, what is Congress really there for? The Presidency has gotten so out of hand a powerful since the New Deal, we could save a ton of money by disbanding Congress and just let the President and Supreme Court fight with each other.

CONgress will NEVER DO ANYTHING to the very person that keeps bringing them bags of cash every month.
Congress can not prosecute. All they can do is “expose”. A DOJ that does its duty meaning a Trump DOJ will be the one that will have to prosecute.
Point out to liberals that even a Nixon DOJ went after Nixon & his cronies.
In general it’s not the presidency overall that’s out of control. It’s congress that abdicated it’s Constitutional role decades ago because of fear of getting the wrath from their constituents if something went wrong. So they pass off or give up control in certain areas to executive branch and agencies or allowing out of control federal judges make decisions that they shouldn’t be making
