I can only speak for myself, but I bet what I’m going to say reflects the vast majority of sentiment:
Mr. Trump has no chance of losing my enthusiastic support, regardless if it appears he is ‘softening’ or ‘evolving’ or ‘deal making’ or not. He has America’s best interest at heart.
Unfortunately, he also has to deal with an incredibly corrupt, immature, and anti-American power structure. Not to mention a large portion of the electorate that operates mainly on emotion and not reason.
Many of us here may rant or complain or think our answers are the best or only way to go, but that’s just our own red-blooded American independence talking - NOT our backs turning on Mr. Trump.

Nothing in this story, or in Trump’s answers last night to Sean Hannity show “evolving”. The laws already call for deportation of illegals. Trump, as he has said 500 times to Hannity, “will enforce the laws”.
If you find this ‘disturbing’ then your not a Trump Supporter....those of us that Stand With Trump are behind him 100%...we have walked locked step with this man for over a year and no matter what anyone says, we are Trumps Army and we are with him...

What we are going to find is that Trump is a decent man. He will build the wall, he will enforce the law, and he will do it in a manner that is respectful of the humanity of the people involved.
So far I like what I hear. They try to draw him in on various what-ifs, and his answer is always, we have to follow the law.
The thing is, once you have secured the border, you have room to consider the what-ifs. Until you secure the border, the what-ifs will eat your lunch. They will eat America’s lunch.

I do not believe for an instance that KC’s comment/s were accidental. I don’t think most of you think so either. So the question is whether or not they were intentional for profitable design or nefarious design. The article has landed on the side of nefarious design. However, I just don’t see this as something of nefarious design. If it was, the day that she started the narrative [Sunday], it would have been silenced by Mr. Trump. He has had no problem clarifying things that have been misspoken before.
However, not only has he not silenced this, but he has himself changed how he presents himself on the issue. And this is the real purpose I believe for this narrative.
On O’Reilly BO tried to paint him as supporting rounding up illegal immigrants and placing them in detention centers. Trump called him on it. He never said that. On Hannity last night he said that he doesn’t want to cause anyone personal pain in reference to illegal immigrants who have families here.
In both of those interviews, there has been one constant. The support for current immigration laws. What you are seeing is the removal of the narrative that Trump is the evil villain sitting high upon his golden Trump Tower looking down upon the poor illegal immigrant with racist eyes and plotting evil against them. This is also exemplified in his “humble Trump” speech and his outreach to the black community. All three of these things humanize Trump and remove the ability to demonize him.
It has become apparent at least to me, that the Trump campaign has decided that Mr. Trump needs to come across as more human and is wrestling with the human elements of decision making. I don’t believe he ever lacked humanity but I know that it took research to find examples of it demonstrated. Most people are too lazy to research so most do not know that side of him.
Tie this with his visit to the border, his town hall with Hannity last night highlighting the victims of crime by illegal aliens, including immigrants who came legally, the upcoming speech on immigration and the mantra of enforcing current immigration laws, and you see the design. In my opinion it is a profitable design. All the media will have to cover the speech because they have been covering this so-called change as news.
I believe that the campaign has made this choice to change the vernacular. No longer is it about deportation even though deportations will happen. It is about enforcing what others deemed was proper immigration law. If they do not like deportations, then talk to those that made the law. What they will not be able to do is claim this is Trump’s idea. Just like they are no longer able to claim that Trump does not care about Americans of African descent. It forces a different narrative. And that is what KC and Stephen Bannon were hired to do. (link)

When illegals are found, they should be deported.
No amnesty of any kind.
Agree take it from a first generation born in our Nation.
We know how much it meant to our parents and how little they asked back from America.

You are absolutely right.
This one is virtually guaranteed to be effective, especially if employers are punished for breaking the law.
All of us have resolved to do a job, and at the beginning, in the middle or in wrapping it up may change our approach and methods.
Trump has promised to secure our southwestern border, while everyone else was demanding “comprehensive immigration reform”. And we all know what that means.
There are a lot of ways to accomplish this goal. Maybe deporting them first, or physically securing the border then getting rid of the deadheads & criminals (yeah, they’re all criminals).
Going after employers, taxes on remittances: Mexico’s largest source of income. Giving the Border Patrol the support and assets they need (instead of making the BP sue the feds while the feds sue the states), and on-and-on.
So he’s flirting with ideas—you dance with who brung ya.
He’s said he will fight for us and I believe him.

Birthright citizenship may have been appropriate 150 years ago, but it creates millions of problems in the 21st Century - US children with illegal foreign parents.
What I suggest instead is:
Every child born in the USA after today shall have the citizenship of their mother. Any Congress may authorize for its term and for one year thereafter that each child which may be covered by its law is to be treated as if it has the citizenship of its father, except for voting purposes, provided that:
A. the child’s mother is dead and
B. its father fathered no more than three children
No amnesty should be effective until the changed is ratified and made part of the Constitution.
Why use mom’s citizenship? Because we don’t want one male US citizen sperm daddy in search of easy money to create hundreds or even thousands of US children with foreign mothers.
Why A & B? To prevent sperm daddy citizenship problems in the future.
it should be random. you never know kind of thing like stacked up municipal tickets resulting in a trip to the jail house. If we don’t REESTABLISH THE RULE OF LAW the USA is gone. An amnesty deal will be made.
Cheap labor Republicans want amnesty.
Anything for a vote Democrats want amnesty.
We need to get permanent tax caps and the end of birthright citizenship by Constitutional amendments in exchange.
We also need to make the illegals pay:
1. to bail out Social Security with 10% of income donations
on top of the standard FICA taxation
2. $2,000 plus standard and expedited USCIS fees
3. all back taxes, in full
We also need to ensure the illegals don’t take:
1. no subsidies for housing or health insurance
2. no EICs
3. no Social Security of any type before 80 quarters are personally paid in
