Donald Trump ‘Flash Mob’ Events Planned in Michigan on Aug 30th

The Michigan Conservative Coalition has planned a series of events to show support for presidential candidate Donald Trump throughout the state of Michigan on August 30th.

This grassroots organization has a unique goal, one that seems to align with many of Trump’s supporters, and that is they are tired of Republicans abandoning their party’s principles to expand the scope of government beyond reason.

From their website, the group’s stated goals are:

We believe our Republican Party Platform is a great document and the recipe for success and opportunity and the heritage that makes America great.

We are tired of Republicans abandoning our party principles and increasing the size and scope of government beyond what is reasonable to keep our great state competitive and attractive to industry.

We want contrast between the two parties instead of more of the same.

We want to be proud to call ourselves Republicans again!

The Michigan Conservative Coalition will stand as the lighthouse for the great conservative ideas and constitutional values. To broadcast the brilliant message of limited government and personal responsibility our founding fathers fought for.

We will support leaders who have the strength to stand for our great American Heritage! SMALLER government. LESS taxes. MORE liberty. More FREEDOM. More ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY.

The Trump flash mob events are being held in 13 different locations and are meant as a show of support for the Republican presidential nominee in a state that many pundits claim will be firmly in the Clinton camp come November.

Despite polling, there is nothing that can measure the enthusiasm behind Donald Trump’s campaign, and the hope that his supporters feel this election year. Grassroots volunteers have been out in force in many states, showing support for a candidate that has changed the very nature of politics as we know it.

The group’s president, Rosanne Ponkowski, said that she expects the number of statewide events to continue to grow as more volunteers has stepped forward.

“Each location will have a local feel unique to its community, but each site will show their support to elect Donald J. Trump during the same 4 to 5:30 p.m. time window,” said Ponkowski. “Grassroots enthusiasm for the Trump campaign is driving even more flash mob sites.”

If anyone is around these areas in Michigan on Aug 30th, you might want to swing by to show your support.

Voter enthusiasm, energy and hope cannot be measured by any mainstream polls, and not even the pundits can argue the fact that Trump has the biggest crowds this year by far. With enough voters spreading the word and actively campaigning on Trump's behalf, we can make history and steer our country back towards its founding principles.

More liberty? More freedom?
To do what, I wonder.

I can't think of anything I CANNOT do in this wonderful country. I get ILL when I see Shrillary's face but I am free to change the channel.

I thought a flash mob was a spontaneous event, not one planned out a week in advance?

NO ONE will be beaten or assaulted when THESE flash mobs gather, and the gathering places may very well look noticeably cleaner afterwards! Not typical flash mob behavior ;)

We want to be proud to call ourselves Republicans again

Now that would take some doing wouldn't it?

Go Michigan! Wish I could be there for this historic event, but I am sweating it out in AZ where our ex-POTUS golfed in the middle of our heat wave!

Please get everyone to post images! That would be just so cool!

A great idea and a chance for people in each one of those places to use their pent up energy for TRUMP 2016.
Also it gives the spectators a chance to view all this energy that Her Thighness cannot inspire.
In Hawaii we call that “sign waving” and we are about to start our own....despite being outnumbered about 8 to 1.

Try going to a Trump rally without being threatened, just for starters. Depending on where you might work, try talking calmly about your support of Trump and see if you might just find yourself on the unemployment.

My brother works a high end job in a very liberal area. He’s a trump supporter, but can’t dare say it to any coworkers. He overheard some of them in the hall saying how they can’t believe anyone could vote for Donald Trump. Sickening, but he’d be an outcast at his job if he spoke up.

we need to show that there are more Trump supporters than people may think.

do you think it would be effective if Trump supporters all were to wear their Trimp hats, shirts, buttons on one particular day?

I was just going to post that it's a K-Mart, not a Walmart at that location.

Ah, you are right, heading North it is on your right, so easy to not recognize it as it is so set back from the intersection, right next to the Lincoln Dealer.

“We want contrast between the two parties instead of more of the same.

One can only hope...

I’ll try to make it to Kalamazoo, I live in Paw Paw (20mi West of KZoo).

At a candidate meet and greet event for my area, there were a dozen Republicans all running unopposed. None of them seemed to have a clue what the term “limited government” meant though.

Michigan Republicans seem equivalent to Southern Democrats

Geeze. MAJOR intersection with LONG traffic signal >5 min.. US 23 interchange .10 mile to the west, Ann Arbor and University of Michigan (super liberal progressive), EMU (more liberal progressives) to the east, BLM territory to the east and south. Ay yi yi. Only with an armed body guard. Sorry.
