IIRC, these are not taxpayer funds but frozen Iranian accounts.

IIRC, these are not taxpayer funds but frozen Iranian accounts. So far as he says. He's a liar most of the time, ya know.

"IIRC, these are not taxpayer funds but frozen Iranian accounts." Then shouldn't be any problem telling Congress how Iran was paid, right?

And I’m constantly told that a Article V convention of the states would be dangerous.
As you said, the tyranny is here.
But hey, let’s feel good about ourselves and just keep voting as if we live in a republic.

Someone on FR posted information regarding the foreign military sales contract that had been negotiated prior to the seizing of the US Embassy. That event nullified the contract and Iran lost the rights to any funds paid up front. We didn’t owe Iran a dime.

There is the problem. They couldn’t access those funds so they used taxpayer funds that were not appropriated by Congress.

Yes, if you have Lyin’ Ryan as “speaker” of the House, and Mitch “Turtle Face” McDumbo as “majority” leader in the Senate. A pathetic group of feckless fools at every position, not to mention the feckless fool on the hill.

I half jokingly said when he was elected:
This "African" leader is going to run our country the way African leaders run African countries.
I'm really not surprised that he has been a corrupt bumbling failure.
