A landmark report from the US questions cliched views of homosexuality and transgenderism

If you all you know about gender and sexuality comes from reading headlines, it’s an open and shut case. “'Gay genes': science is on the right track, we're born this way. Let’s deal with it.” “Science Just Proved That Being Transgender Is Not a Phase”. “The DNA test 'that reveals if you're gay'” “Check the science: being trans is not a 'choice'”. “Transgender Identity Is Not a Mental Health Disorder, Study Finds.” “Born This Way? Scientists may have found a biological basis for homosexuality.”

So the nature of homosexuality and transsexualism is settled, incontrovertible, and beyond dispute? Yes, but only in newspapers, not in academia.

A landmark survey of decades of research by two eminent scholars working in the United States claims that many of these assertions are simply not supported by the weight of evidence in scholarly journals.

Investigative reporter Ryan Sorba went up and down Palm Springs California and visited gay bars and asked the following question.

“Were you born gay?”

Almost EVERY GUY he talked to said he was molested as child.

In order to gain special rights for being gay, the legal representation needed to make being gay something that could not be avoided, it was in their dna.

No ‘Gay’ gene has ever been found, if it had it would be front page New York Times news.

LGBT crap isn’t based on science, because science doesn’t support the gay gene or any of the other crap they espouse.... They are mental disorders.

I would be willing to concede that just due to bio diversity there could be some very very small number of people who are predisposed to same sex attraction... but these are the overwhelming minority of folks who self identify as gay... probably along the same rate as people who are born with the external sex organs of one gender, but are actually chromosomal the opposite gender, or hermaphrodites.. which would be about somewhere around .05% to .1% of the population (no, no 5% to 10% but 0.05% to 0.1%) That’s probably the, at best, number of human beings born with an innate wiring for homosexuality... But even with those numbers, they will not all become active homosexuals in adulthood... Just like folks who are born with chrmosomal identifications that do not match their external genders, often will simply live their lives normally as their external gender, though they are typical sterile and do take hormonal therapies starting at puberty. These people are literally men trapped in a womans body, or woman trapped in a mans body, yet the majority of them live out their lives as their externally apparent gender.

Homosexuality, and cross dressing and self mutilation are by and large little more than untreated mental disorders. Every bit of science ever done has pointed to this, the removal of Homosexuality as a mental disorder from the DSM IV had nothing to do with any science showing it was not a disorder, it was purely a political move... nothing more.

Most are just mentally ill folks, or abuse victims who have not received proper counseling... Chaz Bono is a perfect example of someone who has attempted to deal with her abuse by a homesexual nanny at a very young age, by creating a mental delusion that she is actually a man... These folks need pity and treatment, not pandering and encouragement.

Riddle me this bucko, if you are truly a man who likes men, why would you chase after men who cross dress and give themselves fake boobs and do everything in their power to make themselves look like women? (yes i know not all homosexuals are into these folks, but many do go for them...so, why? If you are into men, why would you be going after a man who does everything in their power to look like a woman? Same thing with lesbians, if you are into women, and you are sexually attracted to women, why, oh why oh why, would you want to be with a woman, who goes out of their way to look like a man?

Could it be, maybe, just maybe, you actually desire to be with a person of the opposite sex, but you have unresolved issues, such as abuse or other things you endured from a member of the opposite sex that prevents you from focusing your sexual desires where they naturally belong?
