The FBI is now involved in a stabbing investigation in Roanoke County.
Wasil Farooqui is charged in the incident that seriously hurt a man and woman at the The Pines Apartments on Saturday.
Witnesses told police that during the attack Farooqui was yelling "Allah Akbar."

I thought Allah Akbar in Arabic meant “I’m mentally ill and need help”...as well as the secondary meaning you just posted.
I finally figured it out. “Allahu akhbar!” is an Arabic idiom meaning “This has nothing to do with Islam.”
I’ve always wondered how the media figured out these attacks so fast.

Yea, I was confused by the fact he was arrested and not transported to the county morgue. Must be a different kind of Virginian down there around Roanoke. Up here in this part of the Old Dominion there are quite a few of us who have taken advantage of “shall issue” and those magic words “I wanna snackbar” along with a knife can get an abrupt response. Biggest problem in Virginia these days is the infestation of the CarpetBagger Beetle. There is even a major infestation in the Governor’s Mansion in Richmond.
I’d say most of the infestation in the state is coming OUT OF the Governor’s Mansion...

I saw this in the Roanoke Times today, but before the info on Allah Akbar report broke.
Attack happened just a few miles from where I live.
Sounded a little suspicious since there was no connection, the perps name and the interesting times that we live in.

This gets repeated over and over around the world. These Islamic whackjobs are dangerous.
Imagine the sadiatic laughter in the mosques as they read about the response of the western authorities and media to these now almost daily attacks. They know the west is led by deluded fools and that they can continue to increase the level of attacks with impunity. Let’s remember there were many who denied that the Nazis were a threat.
