Donald Trump may or may not fix his campaign, and Hillary Clinton may or may not become the first female president. But something else happening before our eyes is almost as important: the complete collapse of American journalism as we know it.
The frenzy to bury Trump is not limited to the Clinton campaign and the Obama White House. They are working hand-in-hand with what was considered the cream of the nation’s news organizations.

Journalism is collapSING?? Where has this guy been for the past umpteen years? It collapsed completely a life time ago. We no longer have journalists, we have propagandists no different from North Korea. The only difference is we have access to other news sources which will probably change if Hitlery is elected.

American journalism died sometime before 2008.
And like him, I wondered how and why Bratton excitedly emerged out of this meeting as though he'd just met Santa Claus IN PERSON. Now we know:

Police Commissioner Bill Bratton emerged from a meeting with Hillary Clinton gushing about her “ideas” and “experience,” as dutifully noted by numerous news organizations. But most failed to note that Bratton is leaving the NYPD for a job with Teneo, a corporate cousin of Clinton Inc.
It’s probably also just a coincidence that Bratton is cozy with the candidate that his current boss, the mayor, has endorsed.
Imagine the howling if a police commissioner showered praise on someone the mayor opposed.

There is a massive amount of political coordination between the media. There is an enormous amount of “reporting” which goes on, which is nothing more than a way to set the national agenda, and a huge amount of that, reporting is done by hardcore leftists.
Bigtime. Especially since the networks, had control over the airwaves, which have them control over everything. Also entertainment had a similar agenda-setting capacity.
America’s media, and America’s entertainment, are both controlled by leftists.
There is a small group in charge of a very huge amount of what is covered in America. AND THEY ARE PARTISAN.
They use their positions of (very much) power to advance a political agenda.
Every network. With one exception Fox, but they are globalist, and they also have an agenda.
That is what we have in America. A small group coordinating their political agendas. All of whom, are against Trump now. All of them.
The agenda coordination has been happening for a long, long time. Media and big entertainment.
But what has changed, is now we have an effective mouthpiece.
Trump is effective. And EVERYONE is coordinating to try to bring him down.
Everyone.
I sure hope, Trump wins, and turns this nation’s media conglomerates on their leftist heads.
Mind you, maintaining media independence. :D
But we have not had a “free” media for several decades.
Not even close.
My GF sent me this: I have no use for what passes as journalism these days, particularly on tv. Accordingly they spend too much time in deep admiration for politicians who show particular skill in lying, so much so that they have now institutionalized the destruction of public ethics by elevating deceit to a statecraft called ‘spin’. It is no longer the lie that matters but the qualitative fashion in which it is told. Sometimes it appears they’ve thrown their backs out giving news a twist.

We have been enjoying Pravda ever since.
Pravda has moved to America.
We don’t remember history. The media slimed Herbert Hoover to elect FDR. They slimed Nixon to elect JFK. This has been going on for decades.
You’re correct.
But in my view they were simply biased liberals back then.
Starting in 2008 they became integral regime operatives.
They spent more time investigating the status of Joe the Plumber’s trade license than they did Baraq’s fake life story.
