Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani told "Fox News Sunday" he would indict the Clinton Foundation as a "racketeering enterprise" if he "were back at my old job as U.S. Attorney."
"This in an insider vs. outsider campaign," Giuliani said Sunday of the presidential race between Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump. "She is the consummate corrupt Washington insider, and she is thoroughly corrupt with the Clinton Foundation."
Giuliani has been stumping for presidential nominee Trump against Mrs. Clinton this summer and points to the actions of her foundation to be far more serious than merely unethical.
"They took money from money launderers, criminals, dictators, people who abuse women as a matter of government policy," Giuliani said. "She did favors for the very people who gave money to the Clinton Foundation. . . . In my day that was considered bribery."

What needs to happen is congress should pass a legislation setting up it’s own justice division. If the executive branch can have a justice dept., then why not congress?
BATFE wasn't included because it's not Cabinet Level. (EPA isn't either, but Trump mentioned them so I passed on his funding cut remark.)
I agree that bureau should be gone, unless it's moved to the Department of Commerce with that departments only function being to encourage/assist businesses by getting government out of the way.

Doesn't matter as his only function as temporary Sec of Education will be to dismantle the Department as proposed by Trump, 9/23/15 at a Columbia, SC Town Hall with Sen. Tim Scott.
