I watched the two linked clips. All I can say is "ROTFL!" He did not use the "difference in oversight" argument. Instead he used an argument that what the foundation did (I suppose, to prohibit pay-for-play) was "unprecedented." His argument had these prongs:

That worthy line of attack agianst Clinton is going to disappear. "Powell suggested I set up a private server fore government business" is ludicrous, and not only will Clintoin throw Powell under the bus, she will throw Conason under the bus too, it is his book that tried to throw Powell under the bus.
I detest Powell, by the way, but this one isn't on him.
Day by day he will become more presidential. The public has to imagine him as president and be comfortable with that.
I think he'll be a gracious winner too, meaning that instead of throwing gratuitous insults, he'll build a repertoire of pointed questions, and discuss how Clinton is evading honest answer to them.

Ever so. He'll talk right past them. They are holing their own boat. That isn't his problem.
The globalists are losing badly globally. The number of countries since WWII has more than doubled. Nationalism is on the rise everywhere. Brexit, the dissolution of the Soviet Union and Yugoslavia, the rise of nationalistic parties throughout Europe, etc. are just the harbingers of things to come. The EU is in real trouble. Tribalism rules supreme in Africa.
The bottom line is that people want more local control over their lives. The global elites are trying to cement control thru trade agreements and the UN. The massive flow of migrants and radical Islamic fundamentalism are contributing to the rising feelings of nationalism. History is on the side of borders, language, and culture.
Actually, the Clinton Foundation will continue to operate as usual. They just won't accept donations from foreign governments.

Says (on the fly quotes) “she doesn’t have a campaign, she doesn’t need one, she has the New York Times, the Daily News, ABC, she has CBS, CNN all ragging on Trump continuously. An entire media empire... they never ask why Hillary hasn’t had a press conference in 300 or 200 days, they aren’t asking about her health...”.
They,dems, are slick at lying. It’s a must. Since as Newt says once they can’t lie they can’t play any more. When you are a party that can’t run on anything,that has zero accomplishments, you have to engage in massive lying. The fact that they are even close to winning is unnerving.
Indeed, and it warms my heart. I think the next 20-50 years, a generation or two, is going to be able to resist. My belief that the globalists win in the end is a long range point of view. It might take them another 200 years, for all I know. But "global designs" has been in place for all of humanity, and is logistically possible with the advent of modern travel and communication technology.

It sure is. The globalists know this well. The historical civilizations have to die, or at least their number reduced. Western Civ. (or at least its liberal leadership, and by "liberals" I mean all of the power brokers, of all parties) is in the process of committing suicide.

We need to reduce drastically legal immigration or this country is finished. The status quo on legal immigration will make the Dems the permanent majority party.

I agree that Powell is corrupt and I would never trust him, but he DID say that he has NO recollection of suggesting Liary use her own personal email server.
Others, and I'm thinking Dolly Kyle in particular, will go on offense against Hillary, whether the Trump campaign goes there or not.
