But the head of the Black Republican Caucus of Florida says Trump's state campaign doesn't seem to care much about Jackson's efforts to convert more African-Americans to the cause. In fact, he says Karen Giorno, Trump's Florida campaign manager, has disregarded his advice and all but frozen him out of Trump's efforts to win the Sunshine State.

I am assuming you mean the Trump campaign pandering to blacks?
I don’t read it that way at all. Trump has been quite forceful about reaching out to all Americans and his message to people of color is quite clear - what have they gotten for their overwhelming support of democrats? Nothing. That is not pandering - it’s telling the truth!
I don’t know what is going on here, but I am sure the campaign will figure it out. On a side note, one of the biggest problems for blacks politically has been their self-proclaimed champions ala Jackson, Sharpton, etc. These folks have used the black community like the Clinton’s use their foundation. It’s all about riches for them and they do nothing to help the people the claim to represent. I don’t expect Trump to kiss the ring of Sharpton or Jackson - they are charlatans and that in my book would be pandering. Telling people the truth and pledging to improve their lives is not.
Trump is trying to deliver his message directly to them despite all the media proclamations that the audience does not have enough color for the message. That is stupid in the extreme. Apparently the television and radio commentators assume that black Americans don’t watch or listen to media.
I think Trump has a good message for them and I think they’re responding.
The media and DNC thinks that winning minority votes is to go to their self-appointed limousine-liberal “leaders” and promise all the free stuff they’ll get if elected. So yes, I think pandering to groups in this way is condescending garbage. Doing that is treating them like they’re idiots. Trump is doing the right thing by talking jobs and economy instead of “you won’t have to pay your bills, you’ll all get new iPhones, we’ll look the other way on your loan defaults”, etc.
Trump continues to do a great service by bringing the enemies out into the open.

Trump does not need blacks to help him win Florida. He’ll crush Hillary Clinton in the state the way he crushed Rubio.

Outreach is a great thing when it means giving a compelling speech like trump did in Milwaukee that highlighted why supporting his campaign is the best thing for black Americans as well as everybody else. Outreach is not a good thing if it means pandering.
Now if one really believed that to be true . . . With Mr. Trump's message, why would you not reach out to other side and address inner city plight.

If this is true and it was said in front of witnesses the best thing that can be done is for trump to remove miss Giorno from her position. statements and attitudes like this cost him votes in other states not just Florida.
maybe we don’t need support and out reach to people like you. my only guess is that you are one of those that give traction to the liberal mantra that conservatives are racist. we don’t need attitudes like yours. we should always be making out reach to groups that feel that they cant support the republican party. especially when you look at how lousy republican polling is with blacks . this does not mean we change what we want in politics it means we show how conservative ideals serve to make better society and one with more opportunity for them.

You think minorities aren’t frustrated with the Democrats? They are and even more so after 8 years of a minority Democrat president who has only made their predicament worse while lying straight to their faces promising improvements and delivering nothing but strife.
