Surprise: 'Non-Existent' Voter Fraud Strikes Again, in Four States

Literally every time I write about voter fraud, or a judge up-ends a popular and democratically-enacted voter ID law, lefties come out of the woodwork to insist that such measures amount to racist "voter suppression," cynically masquerading as a policy solution to a problem that doesn't exist in reality. While some on the Right do overplay the threat and extent of fraud -- an impulse that can feed counter-productive, conspiratorial thinking -- the notion that it's a totally fake problem is just patently false. Liberals must be challenged aggressively every time they make this claim: Fraud absolutely exists, and they're apparently willing to tolerate it. Why? Setting aside the new examples for a moment, feel free to go back and check out these examples from Florida, North Carolina, California, and Ohio -- among many others. I needn't remind you that three of those are battleground states. Now, onto the latest instances, as flagged and summarized at the Daily Signal

[ ID checks are obvious common sense but in most of the cited examples it’s absentee ballots that are a rich source of fraud. Given the rise in early voting, which alleviates the need to vote on the actual date of the election, the legitimate need for absentee balloting has been greatly diminished and the conditions under which absentee votes should be allowed should be reviewed and curtailed.

I’d be happy to see true absentee balloting restricted to active duty military on deployment, those who are medically disabled and unable to leave their home, etc. Members of the general public should be required to vote in person (and show proper ID when doing so) in almost all circumstances. ]

I would like to see states make it so you have to swipe your DL and if it is a fake there are friendly police there to take you away for ID / DL fraud.

Anyone not smart enough or motivated enough to obtain an ID need to vote should not be voting anyway.

Can't get benefits without ID in any state.

Thumb prints required on absentee AND regular ballots.....no filling out ballots for those that didn’t show up.....at the end of the night.

If the leftists truly believed that people who wanted to vote legitimately didn't have the proper ID, they would establish another welfare program entitled Department of Voter IDs and would provide everyone with a state-appropriate ID, free of charge (like every other freebie they provide) to all these supposedly ID-less people. They would do it YESTERDAY to ensure that these people can vote.

Why haven't they? It certainly isn't because they're loathe to create another "benefit" and it's certainly not because they are against poor people voting.

What could it be? Could it be that they actually want anyone to be able to walk up anywhere, claim they don't have an ID, and be able to vote .... in any precinct ... any number of times?

You know ..... voter fraud?

Is it not amazing your bank can debit or deposit MONEY, and keep track of all transactions instantaneously around the globe BY PERSON, with very few exceptions, based on your credit or debit card?( think voter iDCard)

If illegals swarmed over the border and aligned with conservatives, there would be a massive crack down and condemnation by Dems. They would require finger prints and retinal scans.

If LBTGQ persons voted overwhelmingly for conservatives, America would still be whispering about their perversions...because the media and Democrats(same team) would have no incentive to cultivate their vote.....and browbeat the masses to accept/celebrate their lifestyle.....and Democrats would require medical/psychological evaluations in order to vote....and find a dem appointed judge to disqualify them.

If black Americans voted in a majority or evenly between Dem or Rep candidates, inner city communities/slums (War on Poverty) would be non-existent because there would be no political/voting payoff ....Voter ID would be automatic for all.

If tree-hugger’s and climate-change activists leaned conservative, Al Gore would be a less rich political Dukakis-like footnote on Wikipedia, and American/international tax payer-funded coffers would be fuller....and Global warming would be demonized...... as it should be.

If the media were honestly doing their job of rooting out government corruption and reporting the truth; instead of shamelessly shaking Pom-poms for the Democrat Party, they would be rightfully challenging the absurdity of Self-serving, democrat activists and democrat politicians to demand:
No ID to vote
Same day voting
No video recording of polling places
