Please ‘scuse the personal question. BUT, are the patches for you and do they work for you? After trying those for a year or more, when the lozenges came out, found them to be much more effective for me. Now addicted to those rather than the real thing. But, these have certainly curbed the nicotine craving improving health overall. Sorry for the intrusion and personal inquiry.

I have NOT seen or heard of the lozenges, but I will LOOK for those tomorrow! I didn’t make it to Target today, opt
ing to take my Louie to Dog Beach to let him run an d play. I’m gratified I made that choice because he’s worn out, bathed and sound asleep, so I can have a peaceful evening and perhaps unpack a box or four without him bothering me!
All I can tell you about the patches is that I had total success with their 21 day program when I quit for 2 years 14 years ago. I was so damn stupid to pick up the ugly habit again, but I actually missed smoking because everyone around me smoked. How dumb on my part. I had it beat. All that agony of quitting and all that agony of trying to not gain 100 pounds of extra weight etc. Sheeesh. My shortness of breath had all but disappeared and I was feeling better!
If they had the gum back then, I was not aware. I just had those 21 patches. I bought the fruit gum this time and it’s very tasty. I bought 100 pieces and plan to buy more. I hope those candies come in the same fruit flavor!

t make it to Target.Good thing, too, because I missed one turn off on the way home from Dog Beach (it was near dusk) but I was in familiar territory so I knew the back streets. Sheeeesh.
Louie was totally wet and full of sand. He had such a good time! He wore himself out playing in the surf with the other dogs and now he’s bathed and sound asleep.
I hope I can unpack a couple of boxes tonight without him bothering me. I’d love to find a lamp. Rather dark in here.
I know there’s a spare mouse somewhere, too, although it doesn
t work very well.
