up to 7 years for the felony perjury, though I assume she’ll end up with something much less

the other charges are all misdemeanors

IANAL but I would guess she’ll end up with a couple of years, unless the judge is exceptionally harsh or soft

This case needs to be wrapped around the Clintons, one of their own and for a very Clintonesque set of facts.

It needs to be driven home that both Hill and Bill have done much much worse than Kathleen Kane, many many times over. Kane got caught red-handed doing the dirty to fellow Democrats, but she is a minnow in crime compared to the Clintons.

I don’t know the details of her specific case, but, here is what I think about how it works:

Their donors/owners tell their politicians exactly what to do. If they do it, they get away with their crimes.

However, if the politican does NOT do what his donor/owner demands, then those are the ones that get prosecuted.

It's amazing. I've been searching as well and it sure looks like they spent the last nine months scrubbing them out of the search engine caches or something.

It makes no sense that she would have never been together with $hillary simply because of the lamestream media value of the whole 'female' thing, not to mention the fact that the A.G. broad was an up and coming 'rock star'. And she worked for $hillary in 2008.

Having only Bill show up at her events is weirder still since it lends itself to the obvious wisecracks. Something is fishy for sure.
