There are those of us in America who have no problem telling it how it is. A man being interviewed by a Milwaukee TV station during the violent protests over the weekend basically said that until rich people pay up to black people, violence and riots will continue.
“It’s sad because, you know, this is what happen because they not helping the black community,” the unidentified man said. "The rich people they got all this money and they not, like you know, trying to give us none."
How environmentally-unfriendly of you, not to mention racist! Don’t you know that lead poisoning was a huge problem in inner-city black communities? And now you want to inflict it on them again?

Actually, a family friend’s kids both developed lead poisoning when the parents chemically/thermally-stripped the paint out of an old New England farmhouse back in the late 70s. They’re nice enough, but both kids had severe learning difficulties and pretty obviously have sub-90 IQ scores, despite mom and dad both being very intelligent. I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.
Who do they think pays the taxes that pay for those welfare checks, Section 8 housing, food stamps, free medical, free college, etc.?
It sure as heck isn’t being financed by the 93 million people who can’t find work in the Obama O’conomy.

I grew up in a lower middle class family and endured years of abuse from a drunken father and a sober stepfather, have been on the receiving end of a vicious and violent crime and have watched many incompetent and immoral people rise to positions of wealth and power. I have wrestled with the subsequent self-doubt and depression that accompanies such drama. However, I would rather claw my way out of mediocrity through tenacity and determination than to ever ask for a penny or a favor from anyone. I am not a victim.
Everyone has had something “unfair” in their travels through this life. Suck it up buttercup. Nobody owes you anything and you are only reinforcing negative stereotypes with your actions and attitudes.

Rest assured that the rioters, looters and arsonist in Ferguson, Baltimore, Baton Rouge, Dallas, and now Milwaukee did not consist of any Republicans. They are all Democrats. So if you identify yourself as a Democrat you are in some highly questionable company, and it can be assumed that by doing so you condone such behavior. You cannot just sweep it under the rug for the scale of the bad behavior is just to massive. It is no longer the exception but is now the rule.

individual. Then, I get busy ‘cause when the going gets
TOUGH, the TOUGH get going.
This is an exercise I highly recommend every time I wonder
if ANYBODY owes me a living!
About 10 years back, I heard an interview with a guy that had NBA players as clients.
He said they would be dumbfounded when he explained exactly what their after-tax income really was on their tens of millions of dollars contracts.
