NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — An Oklahoma judge has delayed a ruling on whether to accept the guilty plea of a man who has admitted beheading a co-worker and says he wants the death penalty.

Cleveland County District Judge Lori Walkley said Friday that she'll rule Wednesday on whether she'll accept the plea from Alton Nolen, 31, of the Oklahoma City suburb of Moore.

Doubtless will be disappointed that he doesn’t see a fate like McVeigh, which to his twisted mind would mean to be ushered into the company of virgins.

McVeigh was an agent of the feral government. OKC was a sting operation gone bad, as many of them do. Tim is alive and well and living under a new identity.

As one of Free Republic's certified Conspiracy Theorists (as quite a number of highly irritated Freepers can easily verify), I protest. I've never heard this theory before, and besides, you're crazy!

Go ahead and make his day. The execution should be by an old traditional Native American method. Such as wrapping him tightly in fresh animal skin (pig, just a slight nod to non-Native Americans) and left in the sun until the shrinking skin crushes him to death.

Funny how the desperation of the day leads us into things that are counter Constitutional.

If the judge would turn the sentencing phase over to an Okie jury with a number of the tribes were represented, I have total confidence that a proper punishment would be arrived at.

All depends on the interpretation of the phrase “cruel and unusual” by a handful of people wearing black robes.

At the time that the Constitution was ratified it was commonly practiced form of punishment by duly recognized Native American nations who were given special rights by the Constitution.

I saw a former co-worker of this woman on The Kelly File. He almost beheaded this woman as well but was shot. She had scars on her neck. She said she was still frightened.

I saw that same interview.

It was very difficult for the poor woman to even talk about it.

He wants to be a martyr.
Possibly in this case, the worst punishment would be life.

Absolutely, he gets to live his worst nightmare...

Another case of workplace violence so says our Dear Leader.
I am so glad the CEO of the company was there and was armed otherwise she would have been killed too.

Easy decision, judge. Accept the plea and execute immediately.

He wants the death penalty. So do we. For crying out loud, give it to him. The world will never miss him.

“Life in solitary with pig fat only.”

He’ll get 3 “culturally appropriate meals” every day, and special religious privileges, at great expense to taxpayers.

What he should get is a bullet in the head, and go into a dumpster, bound for a landfill.

I think he owns the plantation next to mine. I see him out fertilizing all the time, looks a lot like McVeigh.
