The info about the FBI’s investigation of the pay-to-play racketeering involving the foundation was leaked about a year ago. At that time supposedly FBI staff met, discussed the preliminary evidence on both the email and the racketeering, and made the decision enough had been found to proceed with an investigation.

The fly in the ointment is that although the Clinton Family Foundation is headquartered in NY, the Clinton Global Initiative Foundation is headquartered in Arkansas.

The C/F got IRS approval ONLY to raise funds for the Arkansas Library.

NOT as a global business/lobbying entity operating w/ tax-free money.
