Donald Trump charged President Barack Obama on Wednesday with being the founder of the Islamic State during a campaign rally in Florida.

"In many respects, you know, they honor President Obama," Trump said during a campaign stop in Fort Lauderdale. "He is the founder of ISIS."
Last week, his campaign tried to draw financial links between the Clinton Foundation and the terror group. Wednesday, he called Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton the group's “co-founder.”
Trump has long accused Obama and Clinton for pursuing Middle East policies that created a power vacuum in Iraq that was exploited by Islamic State. He had criticized Obama for announcing he would yank U.S. troops out of Iraq, which Obama critics believe created the instability in which extremist groups thrive.

Charges? Nope. It’s a 100% fact. Obama threw the middle east and North Africa to the ISIS wolves. Armed them. And supported them.
I recall Obama saying that Trump’s muslim ban is doing ISIS’s work for us.
What did he mean by “us”?
I’m not part of ISIS. When I talk ISIS, I say “them”, because they are not part of me, and never will be.
So why did Obama include himself with ISIS?
Don’t forget McStain pushed very hard for sending in weapons and funding. Lindsey Graham was a part of that too, I believe.
At the very minimum, it was Obama, Mrs. Bill Clinton, and John McCain.

CNN was running a banner stating that Trump said Obama is named “Barak Hussein Obama.” That’s his name, for crying out loud.
There are pictures of Rubio, McCain and Graham all meeting with the leaders of what became ISIS, but at the time were described as “moderate” rebels.

Yes, and Obama is known for absent minded slips like this.
Al-Zarqawi, the founder of ISIS, had been dead for over 2 years before Obama took office. But I like what Trump is doing here. Hillary can’t really say “actually, Bush founded ISIS” because she doesn’t want to talk about ISIS at all. It’s just a lose-lose situation for her.

They wanted to secure Syria for a pipeline for gulf states oil and gas to Europe. Except Syria was a loyal Russian client state and since the failed coup Turkey has moved closer to Russia than before. What a mess!

Wasn’t ISIS still AL Queda in Iraq and the Levant at that point? I’m not sure ISIS was a thing till around 2014.
