Daily Signal ^ | 8/10/16 | Kelsey Harkness

Posted on 08/11/2016 9:27:34 AM PDT by milton23

A major knives manufacturer from central California says his company was denied access to an internet payment processing service because they sell weapons online, raising questions about whether an anti-fraud program called Operation Choke Point is continuing to block legal businesses in the firearms and weapons industries from accessing basic banking services.

Can’t wait to forward this article to my daughter (who has been recently dissatisfied with Well Fargo). She’s a gun enthusiast with a CCW, so she’s likely to find a new bank.

Will Wells Fargo continue laundering money for drug dealers and despots? Yeah, didn't think so.

Once again, Republicans should *keep* Operation Choke Point, but instead of using it against businesses that Democrats dislike, it should be used against those that Republicans and Conservatives dislike.

For example, imagine the glee if Planned Parenthood was denied banking services?

hard to believe WFB, which built its business by running firearms-protected stagecoaches...... WF hired many rifle and pistol-wielding ‘private detectives’ in its day... and WF’s agents routinely carried (and used when needed) shotguns and rifles,WF even employed Wyatt Earp once ...

FYI, Wells Fargo branded firearms are a prize collectable...
(so much so that there are many fakes)

Yes, I think we need a law suit here to set precedent.

Please, please, please, let it be Cutco.

Here's my tip of the day: if you're approached by a recent graduate selling Cutco to raise money for college, just give him/her $100, and walk away. You'll be saving yourself several hundred dollars, and the graduate will double what they would have received in commeission.

Andy Gause says Wells Fargo is near bankruptcy.

He said that they have tons of bad loans and bad debt.

Alternative banks exist.

The company is Hogue Inc., not Cutco. I am replying because I have had a very good experience with Cutco cutlery.

Glad to hear it. The cutlery is nice, but pricey. I was speaking more tongue-in-cheek.
