Many of you have heard the conspiracy theory that Black Lives Matter and other paid thug protest groups will cause so much chaos in the streets that Obama will use it as an excuse to cancel the presidential election and remain president. I do not think that will happen.
However, I asked my wife Mary a rhetorical question: "If Obama did cancel the election, who would stop him?" Folks, the terrifying answer which we all know is "no one." For eight years, even after we gave Republicans control of the House and Senate, the GOP has allowed Obama to break the law and ignore the Constitution at will. Congress has ignored their power of the purse and funded everything Obama has decreed. Senate majority leader Republican Mitch McConnell said that no matter what Obama does, impeachment is off the table.

A President doesn’t actually have the power to roll back reality. They’ll let Trump take office and try to kneecap him right away (something they are very good at). It would be easier and faster for the billionaire cabal who owns and operates her if Hillary wins, but they can still achieve their agenda with Trump in place.
States run the elections, not the feds. There are eleventy-seven bazillion people on the ballot. (Ok, that’s an approximation: it’s eleventy-seven bazillions, eight hundred and ninety-two by exact count.) Including all the third party candidates for President, U.S. Senate, and U.S. House, probably fewer than 1,500 are running for federal office. We’re electing everything from dogcatchers on up. The elections will go forward whatever the Sun King says.
Bingo and not one god darn person in Washington has done anything about it.
The lack of understanding in the question is troubling.
County and city governments run elections. Yes, they took money from HAVA. But for a city or county to cancel its election it is saying that it is giving an advantage to all the other cities and counties to choose.
That is not going to happen. The danger is not in a sudden nationalization of elections. The danger is the was HAVA has slowly corrupted the process through politically connected IT firms.
I subscribe more with the thought that the day Trump opens the front door to the White House, all that will be left is the front door he just opened.
Americans are beginning to see how easily anarchy replaces freedom.....how fecund is the serin call of free-stuff-paid-not-to-work-foodstamps-free medicine-free education-the government will take care of you..this is Socialism...actually Communism.
The community organizer has done his work well....Just look where we are after nearly eight years in office starting off with the robbery of our treasury, the medical scam, the down sizing of our military, the criminalization of our law, enforcement, the rise of radical groups like BLM, NNPP, the rise of Political Correctness, racism and almost $20trillion in debt.....Obama has succeeded in making us a Third World debtor nation. The Obama's can afford luxurious vacations, expensive clothes......socialism is like that.

I have long considered the SCOTUS to be a coven of back robed witches. But since Roberts proved himself to be a little beotch I guess that would qualify obama. That would be his only qualification.

Respectfully, I know the US Constitution quite well.
But tell us, exactly when in the last 7½ years has Obama been concerned about governing in compliance with the Constitution?
And of all the times in the last 7½ years that he has violated the US Constitution how many times has the Congress or Supreme Court done anything substantial about it?
The ineffective republican majority house and senate haven't even been able to do simple things like curtail his spending or his unconstitutional immigration policies.
He has no such authority....states can ignore his order....
