I disagree. She will learn much more in Europe unless she is interested in Asian civilization. She will also not have to worry about Nuclear meltdowns, Sarin attacks, and other disagreeable occurrences.
Besides, Europe is the seat of Western Civilization.
Is it your life or is it her life you are trying to decide about? She should go where SHE chooses to go if she is 18 or older. She’ll learn responsibility and accountability for her actions and not to be dependent on the government to make her decisions for her.
