I was banned from commenting at NRO a couple of months ago. My final, outrageous post? ‘Guess it really is down to Trump or Hillary. Time to choose.’
But it came on a day when they banned a huge number of people defending Trump, and they have continued their slide into #HillaryOK or whatever it is they do. I remember in the 80s when I was excited to get the latest National Review in the mail. I haven’t changed, but they sure have!
Cancelled my subscription after 30 years last month.
Did they @troll/@spam/@ban flag or just outright ban? The former reflects an establishment userbase, the latter would reflect a purge.
Either way, it looks like the NRO doesn’t really want conservatives, just establishment Republicans.
Wow, I need to get banned there too!
You’re right, it’s not William F. Buckley’s NRO.
I was banned from Breitbart the same way, and have no clue why. I emailed them a number of times asking why but did not get the courtesy of even an acknowledgement.
