Funding Iran directly funds terrorism because the Iranian regime is effectively a terror state. Back in the Senate, Obama fought against the classification of the Revolutionary Guard, a key Iranian political-military institution, as terrorists. He's remained consistent since then.

Wooden pallets stacked with euros, Swiss francs and other currencies were flown into Iran on an unmarked cargo plane, according to these officials. The U.S. procured the money from the central banks of the Netherlands and Switzerland, they said.

Since the cash shipment, the intelligence arm of the Revolutionary Guard has arrested two more Iranian-Americans. Tehran has also detained dual-nationals from France, Canada and the U.K. in recent months.

Someone should ask which Federal Agency provided the money?
Someone should ask which budget line item or which recent court decision allows for a $400 million expenditure by the Executive Branch.
Someone should ask the federal Department or Agency Inspector General of every agency involved who in that Agency has a $400 million dollar signature authority to expend funds.
Someone should ask to see the receipts from the people who have $400 million payment authority for the money to be transferred to whatever agency/contractor had the unmarked aircraft.
Then people who did not have authority to distribute funds not in the budget or not a Budget line item should be charged with criminal offenses. Then flip them up the chain of command to the Big Zero or whoever will take the fall for him. The people who do not question illegal orders should pay the price for their actions.

Legitimate intergovernment payments are made by electronic transfers, and are settled through the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland – a global central bank whose customers are nations' central banks.

It is clear that Obozo and Jarred sent $400 million in Euros and Francs to the Iranians so the Iranians could use that cash to finance terror cells in Europe. The terrorists need cash to live on while they plot. They can’t use checks or credit cards or they would be detected. They need cash and Obozo and Company just sent them $400 million. Watch for many, many newly dead Europeans in the coming weeks... or maybe we have already been watching the results...
