I don't think a strongly worded letter goes far enough. I think Obama should repeatedly call Putin and ask him if he "has Prince Albert in a can."
The MSM this week has shown just how horrible they are. Hillary’s campaign manager Mook makes a totally unsubstantiated assertion about Russia and the emails on Sunday, and the MSM runs with it uncritically all week long. The merest suggesting from a Democrat political flunky immediately becomes fact because the MSM likes the resulting story line.
