I agree. CNN is now gushing that the speech was Reaganesque, so full of optimism and wonder. I'm tired of the appropriation of Reagan, especially because they bash him otherwise.

Wow, Van saw the waters parting. All the people who weren’t for Hillary magically changed during this speech, and now are beautifully unified. I think the bombers changed into butterflies, too.
