In every single other Presidential Campaign since 1984 you can bet your bottom dollar the Republican candidate would have pulled the ad by now.
Hell, if Canadian Cruz, Little Marco, Jeb Jeb Binks or Lady Lindsay were the nominee they would not have dared a gambit like this.
We have been so weak againt Rat Party attacks for so, so long we badly needed a street fighter. Trump is it.
