The mothers of Trayvon Martin, Sandra Bland, Eric Garner and Jordan Davis and more have delivered one of the most powerful speeches at the Democratic convention.
The grieving parents walked on stage together as Mothers of the Movement - a group who have been campaigning against gun violence and racism at the hands of police since the deaths of their children.
They all urged voters to back Hillary Clinton, as she 'isn't afraid to say Black Lives Matter'...'Hillary knows that when a young black life is cut short, it's not just a personal loss. It is a national loss. It is a loss that diminishes all of us.'

Lezley McSpadden, the mother of 18-year-old Michael Brown - Mike Brown robbed a store. When stopped by a cop, he attacked the cop, tried to get the cop's gun, started to back off, then rushed the cop. The cop shot in self-defense.
Gwen Carr, the mother of 43-year-old Eric Garner - When Eric Garner (6'3", 350 lbs) resisted arrest, he was put in a chokehold. He collapsed. An ambulance was called. The ambulance arrived in 7 minutes, but Eric Garner died an hour later. A grand jury refused to bring charges against the cops. The family sued NYC, which resulted in a $5.9-million out-of-court settlement.
A federal grand jury began hearing evidence in Feb 2016, but "Some officials led by Brooklyn U.S. Attorney Robert Capers and FBI agents investigating the case have advised superiors that there isn't enough evidence to bring charges, the law enforcement officials said."

Geneva Reed-Vead, the mother of 28-year-old Sandra Bland - Sandra Bland was an anti-cop activist. She was arrested after a traffic stop. She was found dead in her cell. A motion-activated camera showed no one entered her cell during the 90 minutes between when she asked via intercom about making a phone call and when she was found dead. She had hung herself.
The arresting cop was found to have violated procedures while making the arrest. The jail has been faulted for failing to make hourly checks and for being lax about possible suicides. A grand jury refused to indict anyone.
Lucia McBath, mother of 17-year-old Jordan Davis -Jordan Davis was shot by Mike Dunn in a dispute over loud music at a gas station. Mike Dunn was arrested, and convicted on 3 counts of attempted second degree murder and on first degree murder. He is currently serving a life sentence with no chance for parole.
Maria Hamilton, the mother of Dontré Hamilton - Hamilton was sleeping in a park. When cops checked on him, Hamilton resisted. "Manney tried to use his baton to subdue Hamilton, but Hamilton got control of it and swung at Manney, hitting him on the side of the neck" Manney shot Hamilton, killing him.
Milwaukee fired Manney for patting down Hamilton without adequate cause, and for not following procedure. The county concluded it was self-defense, and the federal government found insufficient evidence to pursue civil rights charges.
Cleopatra Pendleton-Cowley, the mother of 15-year-old Hadiya Pendleton - Hadiya Pendleton was shot in the back while standing near her school. Two suspects have been arrested and charged with first degree murder, attempted murder and aggravated discharge of a firearm. The accused are black gang members. As of March 2016, the trial is still going on.

Most of the data I posted comes from the wiki articles on the deaths. But that is the basis on which Hillary claims Black Lives Matter - and Blue Lives Do Not.
7 cases. One involves a girl murdered by two black gang members, trial still going on (as best I can find). One was a murder, and the murderer has a life sentence. One is a suicide. Two involved resisting arrest. Two involved guys attacking others.
Looks like a pretty weak case to me...

There’s plenty to be seen in all directions by reading between the lines.
There is a lot of spiritual, political and social mischief worked on “black society” by people who want it to depend solely on whitey. Most commonly these people are called “liberals” (a bad term for an often churlish set).
Where are the fathers?
It’s racist to ask where the fathers are, given that single motherhood is actually normalized in the black community. seven out of ten black babies are born out of wedlock.
During the first Democrat debate, Everyone on stage (Including Hillary) answered the very-first-question-asked: “Do black lives matter, or do all lives matter?”
They all answered “All lives matter” except for Bernie Sanders saying authoritively “Black lives matter!”
His dissention is based not on the statement itself, but as his recognition of an overwhelming amount of blacks being brutalized over whites being brutalized.
From that point forward we slipped into this sort of “bizarro world” where BLM were following Bernie around, taking over his microphone and protesting at his events while they left the other candidates alone. And then, of course, Hillary switched camps while no one noticed.
The media has been silent on this fact about the first DNC debates.
Neither is anyone here on FR. Black lives matter. So do all other human lives, from conception, to natural death, and for all of eternity.
Red, brown, yellow, black, and white, all are precious in His sight.
I was taught that over half a century ago, and I still believe it. Hillary was also taught that over half a century ago, and she stopped believing it some time between then and now. This is a major reason why she must never be President.
That's what happens when you subtract a negative number.

I have no doubt that Trump, too, would not hesitate to agree that "Black lives matter." However, he would most surely add, "All lives matter."
They were urging voters to back Hillary not because she isn't afraid to say, "Black lives matter." Rather, they support her because she IS afraid to add, "All lives matter."

Some “gain.” To shamelessly mix metaphors: he’s the devil’s bait leading the stinkweed of the Democrats into full blossom, while people oh so proud of their conservatism just sit stunned.
Democrats say “Black lives matter,,” except in the government subsidized abortion mills, where millions of Black babies have been killed. These young Black men were some of the lucky survivors. Too bad they didn’t make more of their lives, instead of pursuing a criminal career.
Unless you are saved, you are such a number too.

How does making Trayvon’s momma and Michael Brown’s momma the public faces of this movement, advance any cause?
Both Trayvon and Michael are dead because of their own bad decisions in life.
Both of them died because targets of their aggression fought back.
Yet these are the high profile cases they push on us, as indicating that young black men are being shot for no reason.
Makes no sense to me. I guess you have to be liberal, for any of this to make sense.
